Salem cleaners this was my first visit after seeing reviews they were rated the highest in McDonough. I took some items that needed desperate cleaning old clothing and jackets over 17 years. One particular item had auto oil on it and Nick assured me he would do his absolute best and man he delivered and hit the nail on the head all items came back with a refreshed look and new appeal. Very happy professional and honest with a smile and fairness they have my business.

P.s. update: (December 2022)I had to stop going to this particular cleaners. I found that he did not give me my complete order with past order. In fact,they tried to infuse or combine items left out from last order into current order. They charged me twice
I tried to explain, but he insisted on them being right. On top of that, my clothes were wrinkled... After paying for the order twice. They tried to fix it by doing a redo and 10% off $100 + order for an order I paid twice for. I didn't want to go back and forth, gave him 94.00 for the order and began going to my previous vendor. I refused the redo since they couldn't get it right. My third and last time patronizing them. Sloppy work for good money. Good luck!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service. Been a loyal customer for 10 years and even worked here during college. Personally knew the previous owners before this. Dropped off clothes, had a blouse and a shirt with a stain, came back and dropped it off again and was promised the stains would be removed. When I came to pick it back up, we were told the stains could not be removed and there were new stains on the blouse. Then the employee proceeded to accuse me of lying and staining it. When I mentioned to him that I left the tag on because the stain on there, he then proceeded to accuse me of being rude to his brother but that interaction was more than a month ago as shown on the tag. When I asked him to verify that baseless accusation, I was told to leave the premise and was threatened that he’d call the cops if I didn’t leave immediately and was refused any service. The entire interaction lasted no more 3-4 mins; no refund was given, no effort to even try to rectify the issue, immediately went to threatening a loyal customer. Awful owners, service has been awful since they took over and we still kept coming because we were loyal to this store. Avoid at all costs. Do not waste your time.

The new management is great. One of the best customer services I have ever had. I went there to discuss an issue with my clothing and I was very satisfied with the manager and their professional handling.

By far the absolute best cleaners in the McDonough GA! They have done some absolute miracles with clothing I thought was stained beyond recovery and they saved the day. I do not trust anyone else with my regular dry cleaning needs and certainly not with large or expensive items. I just got my wife's wedding dress cleaned here and it came out looking better than new!
