Gel polish started peeling off my toes a few hours after leaving….I didn’t expect that for a $55 pedicure?. Never again!!!

I had the absolute worst experience here a few days ago. A nail tech used a product on my nails that caused a chemical burn and the chemical ate through my nail bed. I went back to confront them and speak with the manager. In speaking with the manager in a matter of seconds every nail tech stopped working to come to the front to stare at me and give their 2 cents. I requested a refund and was refused it until I mentioned that I contacted an attorney and asked if they wanted to be sued. The manager went into the register to get my refund with the male nail tech continued to argue why they should not refund my money. The people in this shop are scammers, money hungry and dishonest. I still plan on filing an official complaint with the State Board. My nail bed is damaged beyond repair, burned, green and painful.

Terrible experience! I should have listened to the reviews before going in. This was my first time at this nail shop, and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I did the gel polish on my toes. Cost was $40 - which is fine - but within 20 min of leaving, two of my toes had the polish come completely off. I didn’t bump my feet on anything or Have any mishaps. They only did three coats and most of the salons I’ve been to seem to do 4-5. When I went back to have them fixed, they only did two coats on the bare nail that had it fall off. When I questioned it because it didn’t make sense when the three coats didn’t even stay - they just dismissed me. Also, they didn’t scrub my feet good. The Wintery dryness was still there afterwards, normally they remove that really well for me. Also the toe nails were not filed smooth. When I asked them to file it, I was told my mail was too small. Also there was a glob of gel polish build up on my big toe. When I pointed it out, the technician told me it was my fault for moving my feet under the lamp. Personally, I would’ve redone it. It doesn’t take long. Anyway - long story short, don’t go here lol.Service: Pedicure

I had American manicure put on my nails for 55.00, went back, they wanted to charge me 65.00 for same thing. And I got a pedicure. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!Services: Acrylic nails

Tried this salon because I moved and it was closer, but never again. Do not go here if you want evenly filed, nice narrow nails because they can’t do them. Or at least the nail tech that I had couldn’t. Now I understand why there was no one getting there nails done there on a Friday. Back to my old nail salon I go. It’s worth the 15min drive.Service: Acrylic nails
