I took my Truck to have a simple muffler swap and resonator delete. Also had a cold air intake installed. First the price changed and went up when I picked up my truck. Then I get home and see the UGLIEST WELDs and there not even done. There was spots with a 1/2 inch not even welded. The welds were not tied in and was very inconsistent. I had to fix the welds myself. And then I check intake they left off hose clamps which I had to go buy to replace. Very unprofessional and they need welding lessons alot of welding lessons. Avoid at all cost. Don't even go down the same road

Sent wife to have a 10 inch piece of exhaust pipe welded back onto her truck. Very simple task, they had her waiting from 10am, to 2pm. I called my wife, asking why she hasn't went to the exhaust shop yet, only to be told she is still waiting. I had to call shop, and just about argue with a lady on the phone, about why and what is taking so long. You could physically kneel on the ground, look up and see exactly what and where the pipe would need to be welded. The exhaust pipe, was cut off by my wife's brother. No clue why, but either way.... it didn't need to be cut off and we simply wanted it welded back on. Very easy job, only to have my wife, and 6 year old son waiting for 4/5/6 hours or so in a lobby to finally say it would cost $120 to weld it back. A 3" exhaust pipe , welded back into place doesn't take no longer than a half hour at max. Way to expensive and a terrible experience. Very frustrated today, do not expect a courteous or enjoyable experience.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this mechanic and strongly advise others to avoid this place. I dropped off my car for specific repairs and we agreed on the scope of work and price. Later, they called to say they found additional repairs costing $200, which I declined.
When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to be told that I owed an additional $400 for repairs that were never discussed with me. At no point did they call to inform me about these new charges, not even when they contacted me to say the car was ready for pickup. I was only made aware of these unauthorized repairs and extra charges when I arrived to collect my car. They gave me an ultimatum to either pay the balance or leave my car until I could afford to pay the remaining amount.
This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and I would not trust them with your vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and honest mechanic.

One of the most amazing muffler and repair shop in the metro area. Steve is a man of means just like his staff, they do quality work and anybody would be a fool to go elsewhere for there automotive needs.

Excellent Job. On June 3, 2024 They installed my Catalytic Converter Shield on my 2023 Toyota Tundra Capstone with the Hybrid Engine. Professional, Excellent Customer Service, Their pricing is Fair. They also did an excellent job on the exhaust of my 2010 Tundra years ago. Highly Recommend

Believe the negative reviews, because it's mostly self inflected by the staff at this location. They're quick to get you in the shop but unless you have a full day to waste I wouldn't do business with them. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
