I have been getting all 12 medication filled at Publix at Westridge, McDonough Georgia for years. And I’ve never had a problem until today. I am having a Total shoulder replacement reverse next week. I called today and spoke to a lady and told her I had been to 3 doctor getting my clearance letters. And my prescription need to be filled today if anyway possible. She was rude and the David Tnick. Would not refill my pain medication or anxiety they are 2 days early.My insurance called him telling him I was approved to get my medication. Both doctors said I needed to get my prescription refilled today or Tomorrow.because I would not be able to drive for a least 14 days. He would not refill until Friday and Sunday. He was very Rude. And I I will be going to another pharmacy with my business from now only I Wii be taking all my family with me, if something is not done about this 2 employees. Thank you Patricia

Terrible service for the mobile orders. Everytime I order, it's never ready. I have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. Talissha and Calvin were working. While another worker swept the floor while there were 5 other people waiting. No apologies. Nothing!!!!! 0/10 do not recommend.

Either the food on the shelf is expired or they are out of stock for weeks. Expired eggs, expired yogurt, expired hotdogs (3 months past the expiration date), and on and on.

Was 2nd in line at Deli for sliced Turkey. Guy finished with lady in front of me Turned away with saying anything. A few minutes later he half way said I'll be with you in a minute. I waited a few more minutes while he walked around like dead lice was falling from him and I walked away. Too many deli's within 15 minutes to put up with someone that doesn't want your money.

I have Stage 4 cancer and my oncologist prescribed medication this past Thursday in the morning, called Friday to ask when it would be ready and the lady said Saturday, called today and they said sometime next week!! I HAVE STAGE 4 CANCER AND NEED THIS MEDICATION

Krystal in the bakery is theeee worse!!!! Her customer service skills sucks... her decorating cakes skills sucks even more!!! I was so excited to get my 5 yr old granddaughter a birthday cake in purple and pink writing... she would not do purple and this is her handy work and she was very unpleasant to deal with. Worse experience ever in publix!

Elijah at the deli was polite and expeditious with helping get the line down that was growing longer. I appreciate my mountain bread sandwich!! So delicious.

I was told the prescription would be ready within the hour. Fast forward 2 hours and a trip to the pharmacy later and still no prescription. There’s always this kind of poor communication going on here.

If I could give the pharmacy a zero I would. I ordered high blood pressure meds on Fri 10/13 fast forward to 10/16 and still no meds. I called today and was told try tomorrow. This is 4 days days without meds that have to be taken daily. This is the second time it’s taken this long. I will be switching pharmacies

This pharmacy need to get the people and the communication fixed. Learn how to notate previous conversations and what were said. Called Monday to confirm my prescription would be ready lady I spoke to really knows told me that it could not be filled until Thursday which is today. I called today to confirm again and the lady I spoke to a very rude and tells me that the medication is not in stock and won’t be in till the 26th. If that’s the case, then why was I told different on Monday? I really need my medication due to health reasons and this pharmacy could’ve gave me the right information the first time so I can get in touch with my doctor to see if the prescription can be sent to another pharmacy. Now I have to wait two weeks and risk being sick because of this pharmacies screwup. I will report this to corporate believe me I do have a contact if the higher-ups in the corporate office is down in Florida so this pharmacy will definitely be getting a phone call shortly. Very disappointed.

I have been doing business there for 6 years and they provide great service despite being inundated for the last 3 years through Covid, RSV, strep and flu all of which have been epidemics.

Used to be my favorite place for groceries but not so much anymore. Biggest complaint is the deli. The folks who work in the deli have NO enthusiasm about their job, but even more, they aren't DOING their job. I have always pre-ordered online (subs, meats, cheeses). Today was the 2nd time I've left without getting my order because it wasn't ready (15-40 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick up time). What's the point in ordering online? You would think these would be priority but clearly they aren't. No way was I gonna stand in line 10 deep to ask if they were working in my order and these days you can't approach the counter in front of others for fear of an altercation so the food stayed there. Come on, Publix. You are better than that.

Went into the store to ask for boxes. Was told that CJ could help me. CJ advised me to come back on Sunday and he would have plenty of boxes for me. I called before I came to the store and CJ did not want to come to the phone once he realized it was the lady calling about the boxes he promised. He put someone else up to speaking to me who advised he was in a "MEETING". I asked when would be a good time to call back and of course they did not know when I could call back. It was very obvious that the person was saying what he told them to say. I came to the store the next day and CJ decided he would hide from me. The employees told me that they did not know where he was.....I left. I mean, you can not get any lazier than this. If it's not about spending money and revenue...you can forget it. People are so evil, selfish, and not about to go out of their way to be kind and helpful. CJ you are THE BEST!!!!!

I'm really not one to complain about stuff like this but it's happened so often to the point I feel like I need to. Placing a mobile order for a sub . What is the point of me placing a mobile order if I still go to the store 10 minutes past the time I was supposed to pickup and it's still not ready for another half hour lol

Last week while I was trying to get my prescription filled, a pharmacist assistant was very rude and said that I can't get my prescription filled. My PA always signs on the prescription and she is authorized to do that. I told her that and she berated me by copying old prescriptions with my old doctors that signed off on it. And, I said my PA is authorized to sign on it. She was not concerned or caring, I snatched my prescription and told that B**CH thanks a lot for not helping me. Publix on Eagles Landing took the updated prescription with my PA's signature and they filled it with no issues. I will not be returning to Westridge's Publix pharmacy and I would advise y'all to do the same. They have went from providing caring service to poor service.
