Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Westridge is a well-known establishment that has been serving the community for many years. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the business has continued to provide great service to its customers. The deli staff is generally polite and efficient, with one customer praising the expeditious service of an employee named Elijah. The quality of the products, such as the mountain bread sandwich, is also highly regarded by customers. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the deli's performance. There have been reports of long wait times for pre-ordered items, with orders not being ready even 15-40 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. This has led to frustration, as customers feel that online ordering is not being prioritized as it should be. Former employees have also shared their experiences, highlighting issues with the management's approach. Some have described the managers as being unkind and impatient, rolling their eyes and acting annoyed when employees seek help. The training process for new hires has also been criticized, with some feeling that they were left to figure things out on their own. Despite these challenges, the overall cleanliness and quality of the products at Publix Pharmacy continue to impress customers. The hot food section, however, has been a point of concern, with some customers reporting that employees have been rude and unprofessional when serving customers. Overall, Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Westridge seems to be a mixed bag, with both positive and negative experiences reported by customers and former employees. While the business offers high-quality products and services, there is room for improvement in the areas of customer service and employee training and support.
