It's a pretty store. The usual publix. I don't they can really be blamed for their hiring decisions at this point in society. Dudes that all have the same assumed persona of too good for the job and talking loudly to themselves or joking with someone 15 feet away while 5 or 6 customers are waiting or in earshot. It's weird but I think it's just the new 25 and under "cool"

I love this Publix! The deli department actually wears a mask while making your sandwiches! A customer suggested to eat in their cafeteria upstairs. What a wonderful concept! They actually have an elevator for those with disabilities that want to enjoy the area as well. The area is spacious and also has seating outside, so I can't wait to sit out there in the spring and summer! It was a little chilly up there though, because you were closer to the store vents. For those that get chilly easily, I just suggest that you bring a jacket! Overall though, I loved it!

Why is it we order sub sandwiches two and half hours before they close, and we get there and the deli states sorry no more chicken this is at 7 o'clock.....come on guys you can do better.

Super disappointed with this Publix. I put in an order yesterday for mojo pork I was bringing to a party. I asked for it to be ready for pick up at noon. As I was getting ready to go pick up, Publix calls me to verify if I actually wanted them to make it. Well, I did place the order and it’s now 35 min after scheduled pick up and they had not even started making it. I was told it would be over an hour for pick up. Then the woman I spoke to in the deli was extremely rude. They need to get their act together. Poor customer service. How could you wait until AFTER the pick up time to call the customer to ask if they should start making the item? Then tell the customer it will be over an over for pick up. Why even have online ordering when I ordered well over 24 hours before. Ridiculous.

They have the worst customer service. I will never shop at this Publix ever!!! The deli was horrible and the manager. They also wanted us to buy old food that has been out for hours. No thanks! Travel over 40 minutes to another Publix that has better customer service.

3/4/2023 (8:23pm): I place an online order as I do on a regular basis with no problems but tonight there was a new younger lady with braids that made my visit not so great. I watched her make my sub and she acted as if she was a deer in headlights. She seemed confused to what to put on my sub even though she was looking at the ticket. She said my name but pronounced it wrong I smiled and corrected her on the pronunciation she tells me no this isn't yours and pronounces my name wrong again. I had to say what was on my sub to get it from her, then I asked for the pepper sauce on the side, she says you sure you don't want it on the sub I said no I want it in a container on the side she proceeded to ask me the same question 2/3 times at this point I'm getting frustrated. She then goes to get the pepper sauce and she says some slick remarks to the other employee.This young lady needs to be trained better or perhaps put in another department. Even the other workers were visibly frustrated with this young lady.

This is a much needed store for our neighborhood. The store is very clean and fully stocked everytime we shop (which is every other day). The ladies that work in the Deli-Sandwich shop deserve big praise. They have to not only take orders in person but make the online/ call on orders as well. They are always friendly, professional and patient even when stressed by so many orders daily.Thanks to everyone working at this special publix, you're appreciated!!Bear & Trecy

A brand new nicely laid out publix. Drive-thru pharmacy, bakery meat, market and fresh fish. Very friendly staff.

The store is conveniently located near my home and is nicely laid out. Everyone is so helpful. Publix is on the more expensive side but their customer service is top tier. The quality of their meats, baked goods, and subs keeps me coming back!
