I went in to get a fill in. Justin the owner, requested that I get a new set of nails. Instead of soaking my nails so that the nails can come off effortlessly , He proceeded to take the nails off with finger nail clippers, and his own fingers. Justin cracked my pinky finger on the right hand. The nail was cracked right down the middle of my finger and he made me pay full price. I called the Police & was told he couldn’t do anything look into civil court. I had to go to urgent care by the time I got there my finger couldn’t stop bleeding and it became numb. Be cautious going to Princess Nails!

I will explain the 4 stars, the nail salon is very clean, plenty of work stations, very nice people who do pretty decent work.
I could not give 5 stars because I have never heard of a salon charging 5 dollars to remove nail polish from your feet ?? rather it's gel or not, when I asked Jennifer,Just for clarification to make sure I was understanding the charge she said soak off gel, I explained to her that she didn't soak of anything she used a nail drill.
Other than that mind blowing charge it was nice service

I really like this nail salon. Prompt service; they did my nails and pedi at the same time. Good customer service, nice atmosphere, it was clean, and quality work! Plus they are open later than most nails salons in the area, which is a bonus for me. I highly recommend.
Requested style: Dip powder manicure
Pedicure with gel polish
Stylist: Kris did an excellent job on my nails today.
The last time I came Lela did my nails and she did an excellent job too.

This is my #1 nail spot and I never have any problems until today. A older man did my nails and I wasn’t satisfied with them after asking him if he could do them square square. They were like round square after he finished. He said he would give me a discount which was good but it was only $5 off. The price was way higher than expected, because I only came in for a fill in in and ended up getting a take off and overlay that I didn’t ask for. Justin, Nick, & the other young man saved the day by redoing them just as I like them. I come and get the same shape and French tip every time I come.

The staff is so friendly, everytime i bring my baby they make him feel welcome and he always leave w a snack. They are fully staffed so i rarely even wait.

I don’t like the fact that the “receptionist” kinda frowned upon the tip I was leaving! No comment should be made, except the tip gracefully, because I didn’t have to leave one! My nail and pedicure techs were outstanding, my daughter’s nail tech was outstanding, but her pedicure tech was a bit pushy about what shes asking for and what she thought she should get. Overall good service with those few exceptions.
Cleanliness: Very clean!

My parents live in the area, and I always visit this nail shop whenever I see them. The shop is super clean, and the staff are very friendly. I often go to Nick and Bryan—they do phenomenal work. Highly recommend Princess Nails & Spa, 10/10.
