A very great experience, I have a 6 year old rabbit and i come here once every 2 weeks! Every time I come I am greeted by the wonderful staff. When ever I ask about which product to get for my rabbit the staff would always show me great products. Ever since I've been going here for 3 months it has always been wonderful!

They never have small crickets in the store. It’s so annoying to have to drive to Petsmart every week because they don’t order enough to have in the store for the week.

To only have one cashier on the weekend is insane, but then have them spend an inordinate amount of time on one customer… bad business. Everything in this store is overpriced junk from mainland China anyway.

All my fish was dead the next morning! I returned them and they tested my water which was perfect. Not sure how all 7 fish died.

The store was fairly clean and well stocked, but management seemed to be lacking. While walking around, no one asked if I needed assistance (which I did). I ended up finding what I needed, but it would have been faster if I had help. When walking up to cheek out, an associate was help/cheeking out another customer with a puppy. At the front, there was also a manager, and I assumed another associate was talking. The manager seemed to be working but not overly hard as she was talking to her coworker. As the people in front of me had a puppy, there was a lot to cheek out. Nither of the employee chatting officers will get me at the other register. Associate Kim ended up cheeking me out afterward. She was super kind and was efficient in cheeking me out. She seemed to be the only one working, and that really bothered me!

I took my dog there for a quick wash on Sunday and was disappointed at the cleanliness of the dog washing area. I didn't expect it to be super clean but was shocked at the amount of filth in the dog area. The sinks were clogged , and hair and dirt were all over the place. I have gone to this location in the past and never experienced the filth I experienced on Sunday. I asked the sales associates how often they clean, and he said when they can or when it is slow in the store. This is a great service that is offered even with the price increase. I think they should implement some form of cleaning checklist and timed cleaning throughout the day for the bath area.

The company has increased the price of self service dog wash 50%. From 10 to 15$ . And decreased the number of towels you can have to only 1. So you're paying 5 to use water 5 to rent a towel and 5 to blow dry your dog ? Ridiculous . I've had to return expired treats more than once and items are consistently priced incorrectly. I literally only take my dog there bc it's easier than the tub at home but got the prices of a entree at a chain restaurant I'll do it at home .

The associate named Kendall spoke to me like I was dirt! Charged me more.than what item was marked and said if I didn't like it I.should come and change prices myself. Then turned her back and walked off! Hwy 81 McDonough store. Thankfully another.young lady came over and helped me!!!
