I have been going to pdq for years,and have had great service.until today I called yesterday 7/1/2024
And ask how much to replace my wife's brakes on her 2016 ford edge if I brought the pads and rear rotors ,and was told 179.00.i called later in the afternoon and talked to jason and ask if I could bring in the morning and drop off for brake job he said of course, I verified price and he said 175.00
There was no mention about per axal on neither conversation. When I picked up this afternoon the total was 175.00 per axal.on top of that I asked for new batteries on both of her key fobs,and was told 10.00 each.then I was charged 30.00 for both.we will not be bringing any of our business back here,nor recommending to our Christian family or friends.
We also liked the Christian atmosphere...my wife has bought pictures and t-shirts from here...with all being said we moved to barnesville and still drove here just to get the service we are used to.

I have been going here for years to get oil changes on My wife an Myself's vehicle. Mainly because they are what they claim to be 'Pretty Dang Quick'. I've been on multiple occasions where there was 5+ cars in front of me an have never waited over an hour. If there's 3 cars or less you're almost guaranteed to be out of there in under 25 minutes. On average I spend about 15-20 minutes each pass. Service is friendly and informative every time. I don't ever feel they're trying to upscale me on something I don't need. I've also had a tire changed here once at a decent price and in under 1 -1/2 hours. Prices are pretty average around 40$ for a regular oil change. An Wednesday is woman's day 1/2 price oil changes. Would refer to anyone.

I recently moved to the McDonough area and I needed new tires and brakes. Looked this place up on Google and the reviews were good so I tried them out on 9/14/2022. I had come the previous Saturday to get tires but they had to order them, which they did no problem. They called me Monday to let me know they were in but I wasn't off again till Wed. Got here a lil after 8 on Wednesday and they took my car back right away. I got tires amd brake and was done by I think 1130 or so. They are nice and the waiting area is comfortable but chilly so bring a jacket. Also I walked over to Leo's for breakfast which is very good and cheap. Wednesday is lady's day so they give free cupcakes which is a nice touch. I will be back for future car care needs. I'm impressed.

Took my 2000 jeep in for alignment and the jeep was only pulling to the right and steering wheel was off, there was no shaking of the jeep. The alignment was complete. I left the jeep was pulling to the right and shaking and steering wheel was still at 10 o'clock position. I went to Walmart to double check my new tires which came out with no issues. I went back to PDQ and was told I need to take the jeep to a place that works on Jeep because they have no clue. I asked for my money back $80 through the better business bureau since PDQ had no clue how to work on jeep's. While, I was waiting for my alignment 2 woman came in complaining about their repairs. I should have left then and went down the street for my alignment for $20 more. You get what you pay for. PDQ didn't have the balls to respond to my complaint:This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 8/10/2022 against Pdq Fast Lube. Your complaint was assigned ID 17701645. Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond.

I had two experiences; 1. car was steering bushings went off the hook smooth reasonably priced under $1,000. successful.2. A/C problem cutting off and on . I left it for ten days. It want fixed they didn't even try. Dash had to be removed to find prob. I was told they make more money on quick little problems the do 30 cars a day no way they make so much that they couldn't get to it. Jason the head guy made promises and in the end had no excuses. He couldn't even look me in the eye. They used half a tank of gas somehow but at least they didn't try to charge me anything. I think in the end he was sorry when I told him I would have paid his price and thrown in a hefty tip. They should stick to what they are good at oil changes.

Needed a quick oil change while on a road trip. They had me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Nice guys too. Highly recommend.
