She explained to me correctly that what I was paying was interest fees and not late fees and that it was explained to me incorrectly by one of the newer employees. I had wrote a bad review at first because I didn’t understand why I was being charged late fees at the end of my payments.For it not be explained to me correctly as a courtesy she waived the fees for me and I will be receiving my title back without having to pay any extra fees.?This was my third time working with this company because they have always treated me well. I’m glad we were able to resolve this issue and I will be using them again. By knowing that they will work with you if you have any issues I would highly recommend them!”

I went in there to browse but over all knew what I wanted to buy. I was asked multiple times if I needed any help not to the point that it was annoying but enough to know they cared to help me find anything I may want to look at.
When purchasing my new daily carry, and going through the paperwork/background check me and the employee made small talk to help pass some time,
He also acknowledged my girlfriend asking if she wanted anything while we were there and was happy to help and he continued to help me get a few more items while I was there.

“My mom purchased her car here and the staff were absolutely wonderful to her. There was a issue with it starting twice after purchasing it and the company sent a tow truck out to take it to be looked at and repaired and it didn't cost my mom anything! If I remember correctly the first time it was from over filling the gas. Don't remember the second reason but it doesn't matter because they made sure my mom was taken care of!”
