My husband went to look for a car today and had a terrible experience. He felt discriminated against and we don’t appreciate that. He went and told them what he was looking for and told them he liked a specific car on the lot. they then proceeded to tell him that the down payment is 3k and he doubted that my husband would have that type of money. How disrespectful, little did they know my husband was DOWN PAYMENT READY, but bc of how he was treated he walked away. These white men at this dealership judged my husband and were so hostile towards him bc all they seen was a black man in sweats. he was just looking for a vehicle for our family, you don’t need a suit and tie to buy a vehicle. they lost out on money and a good customer. i wish nothing but bad business on them.

This is the most honest buy here pay here I have ever been to! Mr. Mark and Mr. Van were very honest. They worked with me and my down payment! I highly recommend!!!

I recently got a car from this location out of McDonough and these are the most helpful, courteous, respectful and down to earth people in this state, they will most definitely help you out if you need a car and work with you more than any dealership could ever. I ubered there and then drove out of there with a car let that be the answer if you need a good idea what you'll expect out of here. ? and PS thank you Mike your one of the best cars salesman I think I'll ever meet and helped a soul out big time thank you ?

I spent about 2 weeks looking for a reliable truck that I can utilize for work. Vann (McDonough location) was very polite from the time we pulled in the parking lot. He also went above and beyond to make sure the truck I was interested in was up to standard. I recommend that anybody in need come to this location I guarantee you the same experience if not better!!!!

Just seem like my money was unwanted and they did not care what our credit score are. And I really felt unheard because I stated what I needed and I was offered a smaller vehicle than what I already have.

Working in customer service management for the past 12 years makes me always appreciate when I receive great customer service. I’ve been looking everywhere for a new-great reliable vehicle for work and I finally found a great Honda civic right here. I appreciate how Van and his great manager did not give up on me and helped me find the perfect vehicle. I appreciate they cared about my needs and made sure I left happy. While I'm very happy everyone else had a great experience and only dealt with lovely people I did not have the same experience. The man I dealt with never even gave me his name. He was was incredibly rude to the point that I didn't even finish my application my husband and I just left.

My experience was a great experience I was treated wonderfully by Zu as soon as I stepped in the door. he helped find wat i wanted and could afford he came in and got straight to work to make sure I was driving out of the parking lot I'm forever grateful for they help
