This location has been my go to for my vehicle needs for several years until last Saturday around 4, I needed a battery for my 2016 Tundra limited installed since I was in a little hurry to make a company function in Atlanta. The lady told me it was a difficult battery install and they couldn't do it. I searched Google to see what she was talking about and of course I found nothing that implied it was something special and a difficult battery install. So I went to Advanced Auto and he told me she was lying and just didn't want to do it. So I gladly gave them my $200 for a new battery and no problem since. All that was needed was a 8mm socket and ratchet. I do not like to be lied to...

Walked in to store. Was not greeted at all. Waited for someone to ask if I needed any help. Employees more concerned about display labels on racks. Never coming here again

Terrible customer service. The woman works at this location today (9-9-2022) was not nice, rude, and not helpful at all. I will not come back there ever again and I advise y'all do the same!!!
