At the time I arrived, the store was fairly busy. After waiting about 10 minutes, the assistant manager, a young African American woman ( god knows I hope she isn’t the only assistant manager) assists me with headlights. After asking her numerous times who could install my headlight bulbs if I purchased them, she continued to say, “I don’t know.” You’re the manager and all you can say is I don’t know to every question I ask? You’re not even going to try to find an answer? At this point, I’m agitated and annoyed. A Hispanic worker overheard the conversation and offered to assist me. I’m glad she did because the conversation was headed in the wrong direction. Anywho, O’Reily’s, please hire competent people with decent customer service to operate your business. Of course, I will not return.

I came in twice within an hour both times I entered no greeting nor help, but as soon as the phone rings they’re on it , (I JUST NEEDED TO PAY)Completely ignoring me like i wasn’t at the counter . I asked the so called manager what that was a about her response is they are a commercial customer as if they are more important than the customer already waiting in line using they’re time and not “COMPANY COMMERCIAL TIME” !!!
