Went here to get federal papers notarized with a medalallion stamp. She won't notarize the paper. Wanted to know how much was in the account, which wasn't her business, how much was in it . She told me she could only give me a regular notary stamp. Which was a right out lie. I left called Navy Federal 1 800 number. Told her what happened. She asked me did i wanna go back to get the stamp that she would call the bank. I told her no, I'll go to another branch on Wednesday.Her reply was to call us back so we can call the branch. You choose to let them know you are coming.

The wait time here for a notary is ridiculous as if there is only one notary. I checked in and people are being seen before me. 30 min plus wait for a notary is absolutely ridiculous. Mind you there is practically no one in here. They need to do better or get more notaries.

They need more convenient business checking services, like other financial institutions. The lines and wait times are always too long, with only 1-2 employees working at the counter.

My wife and I went into this branch to deposit some money and greeted immediately by a young lady at the front entrance! We told her while we in there that we wanted too add my wife to the account so she took my information and asked us too have a seat until the next available person was able to get to us! It was about 30 minutes before we was helped but they were very busy so I thought that it would take longer. We was seen by a young lady named Nikki and she has top management qualities and was very knowledgeable about the questions we gad! This young lady is a great asset to your company make sure she is recognized for her professionalism she gave us a great impression of what customer service looks like because it is really rare to find people who enjoy doing the job they are paid to do and represent their employers well! Hope she's recognized very soon for her doing a great job!Your newest customers Mt.Charles Harley Sr and my wife Mrs.Femeka Harley

I'm disappointed. The customer service needs guidance and lots of improvement. A customer should never have to wait almost 2 hours (one hour and 53 minutes) to settle an account.

Very long waiting and no communications. Waiting for almost 45 minutes to pick up an approved auto loan check. It appears that there are not enough employees working. I was called up only to be told that the representative can not get into the system. Horrible customer service!!

They need help. They’re always short staffed it seems. The drive thru banking options are always closed and the line inside moves like pond water. I’ve visited other branches as well. It seems to be an issue with this branch in particular. Hire more people or close the branch. I’m giving 2 stars because I’m sure the workers can’t control this.

Wow is just an understatement! I previously went to the horribly understaffed and outright rude location in Fayetteville and went here to try and get a new Debit card. Literally from walking in the door Zarya greeted me with amazing service. She told me it'll only take a few minutes and Literally as fast as I sat down I was gone. This is the gold standard for all navy federal banks to follow! I'll definitely return for any banking related issues! Thanks guys!
