Poor customer service at this location! I’ve been waiting close to an hour (45min) to be precise to be seen just so I can pick up my auto loan check & still have yet to be seen. I was told there are still two people in front of me. Meanwhile 6 people have been seen that got here after me & the two people that are here with me for the same thing, & they have been waiting longer. This is a huge inconvenience being the fact they could’ve sent the people they called before us to the teller because they were only getting an express debit card. So now we are still waiting an hour later because they don’t know how to manage a customers time & satisfy everyone accordingly. I am very disappointed.

Some of the workers are hostile, ghetto and show no concern for the customers. I was called a liar and I guess this one person took it upon himself to accuse me of having buyers remorse. The management need to be replace because poor customer service comes from the top.

came one day in person and the receptionist informed me that I can make an appointment to be seen for the things I needed help with. I arrive today at the branch and to the appointment I made online and got the confirmation number for just isn’t in the system, then I was told by today’s receptionist I still had to wait in the long line. The entire point of me making the APPOINTMENT is due to the fact that I have to drive from over 2hrs away to get there! Please do better on making sure the staff there are all informed of the same information. Not everyone has time to waste in today’s age. I am very disappointed in my service over all. Only reason 2 stars is because even with the wrong information given the employees were nice..

Worse location to go to waiting 45 minutes for a replacement card workers inside saying they new and don’t understand things lines vers long the atm machines always not functioning write this will be my last time at this location they need some real bad it’s just so many issues at this branch the wait time is always more then expected

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your branch today, specifically on 04/08/24 around 1300 - 1500. As a former employee of the bank, I was dismayed by the unprofessional behavior and lack of respect demonstrated by some of the staff members.Upon my visit to the bank, I encountered several instances of poor customer service. The employees appeared to have negative attitudes and were openly hostile, frowning and glaring at me while I waited for assistance. Their conversations were loud and unprofessional, resembling those of individuals on the street rather than bank employees.Furthermore, I was disheartened by the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff. Despite my tiredness after a long day at work, I was subjected to disrespectful stares and indirect comments from some employees. As an army veteran, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, especially when conducting my personal banking matters.I urge you to address these issues promptly. I recommend running the surveillance cameras from 1 pm to approximately 3 pm on today to observe the behaviors of the staff during this time. It is crucial to uphold the bank's standards of professionalism and ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.I trust that you will take appropriate action to address these concerns and improve the work environment at your branch. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I just left the branch. There was a lady and man at the host desk. I came in to ask for help with opening up my first business account and I had some questions. The man was polite and was trying to help me the best that he could, HOWEVER the lady that was with him behind the desk was very rude and had an unknown attitude that was very unappealing. I didn’t know that you can’t open a business account in the branch. She kept say you have to do it online and call that number. She just kept saying it all over and over. The man tried to help recover the lack of customer service support from his coworker. Then I over hear her being pleasant with another guest who came in after me. So I left and went down the street to CHASE just to open up account for my new business.

Ive had a navy federal credit union account for maybe 3-4 years never used it all my banking was done at chase but i had a bright idea switch try them out BIG MISTAKE furst time i had a issue they took me thru hell and ice water and did nothn there claim and dispute is a joke i have 100k going thru your bank and i have to show all these receipts and you are my bank with all my transactions i left if you got good credit u can get a gud car home loan anywhere especially as s veteran lol u want a gud bank that have your back and your best interest CHASE JP MORGAN
