The customer service was outstanding, and communication was exactly what I was looking for.
I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in their process of fixing my truck.
I had a great experience with MHC South. The service team is very transparent in diagnosing my truck issues.
I would like to thank the management team Brad Campbell, Keith Aman, Tom Wirt, and Donny Merritt for doing an awesome job by operating on integrity and hiring and all-star staff.
I can't say enough positive things about Elian Chavez, Breanne Browning, and Denise Griffin.
The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions, and provided me with a calm frame of mind. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer to do business with them.
I'm sorry if I didn't acknowledge other individuals on the team, but unfortunately, I can only state based on the individuals I dealt with.

Only one word describes this Kenworth dealership " AWESOME " starting with the staff VERY PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE
Great parking availability for dropped trailers and BOBTAIL parking...service is TOP GUN...very friendly service associates including Ms. Denise and Ms Bree...and night service associate Elias...
Not to leave out my original technician Dusty and all the others that took care of my truck
This dealership is FAR BETTER than anything other kenworth dealership that I've dealt with for repairs
What can I say about the amenities that this kenworth dealership provides for the drivers while they wait for their trucks to get repaired...
Amenities such as: a shower, laundry room ( NO MONEY NEEDED to OPERATE ) Drivers lounge and restrooms, vending machines and a full assortment of food menus to choose from that actually will deliver here
Top notch in my recommendations ? ? way to go...thank you for excellent service

I had experience with this service and was very satisfied. I needed to get the cab of my truck repaired and I was not much late before the body shop department closed, manager Brenden waited for me and did everything to inspect the damage to the truck and sent a preliminary invoice for payment the next day. I was very pleased to deal with him, he is a real professional! Thanks Brenden! I appreciate it!

Denise,Jon,Bree and Elian were AMAZING they went over and beyond to get my truck back on the road. They updated me and the other truckers that were in the truckers lounge.The truckers lounge was amazing, tv, washer/dryer, shower and reclining chairs.If I have any other future issues and I’m in the area I will definitely come back.I forgot to mention the mechanic he took time to explain what my problem was and how he fixed it.

BIG shout out to Cecil, Kaylaun, Jacob, Bree and Patrick. The communication was great, the service amazing, the courtesy given by Kaylaun was over the top. We will bring our truck in again when needed. If I have to complain about something it would be the driver shower....Yeah, big improvement needed there.
