It’s pretty easy to schedule an appointment to be seen. Everyone is pretty nice and it’s a bit pricey, but it’s better to have it done by the company than an outside mechanic .

This dealership wasted literally 2 hours of my time. I received an instant offer for my car and I literally told them that I wasn’t interested that I would just sell privately bc the offer was over $2000 dollars less than what I’d already been offered by private buyer. Only reason I even wanted an instant offer was bc I owed a little bit of money still and I knew I’d have to wait 2 weeks to get title once I paid vehicle off. The lady Makayla insisted that KBB had been sending low ball offers that their site was having issues. And She assured me that they could get closer to the private party number. Well she was wrong! I knew that they probably wouldn’t get to that number but thought they would definitely do better than original offer on KBB. For the record my car is in Very Good condition. So I proceeded to drive 40 minutes to see what they were willing to pay, when I arrived I met I guess the Acquiring Manager, Dawson. He came back to me with nearly the exact amount that I originally got offered online. When I asked him why he wasted my time his answer was, “I’m not Makayla, I don’t know anything about your conversation with her.” So, moral of the story don’t waste your time with bringing your car to this dealership, or You’ll be wasting your time as well !

My most recent visit was ok 3.5 stars. I didn’t feel like the representative was engaging enough in informing of what’s next with my car. He didn’t even introduce himself nor did he give me an update of what would be next or what’s needed. Though he seemed new and young. He has a lot to learn from those who has been there for a while, but the McDonough Nissan Dealership staff over all 5 stars they are always the best at what they do. Thank you!!!

First time Nissan owner, first time using service department- the gentleman that helped me was very welcoming, kind and jumped into action when I told him that I had been waiting for a while. I pulled up for my 7:00 a.m. appointment not knowing that everyone else had the same appointment, but I was at the back of the line and the cars in front of me had already been helped and we're only waiting to be moved to the back but I don't know if they just forgot that there was another car back there or just overlooked me but I walked up to get answers and he was the first person to acknowledge me and although it said that my service person was someone named Tasha, I never met her but this gentleman was great I hate I forgot his name but it's definitely somewhere on my receipt I hope he gets the credit he deserves because he was very nice.

Wow ?! THIS DEALERSHIP IS PHENOMENAL ??? I was referred to them by a friend who purchased a vehicle there last year! My husband and I got a horrible, horrible deal on new vehicles last year!!! We got 2 vehicles from LANDMARK DODGE !!!??? DONT EVER GO THERE!!! Anyway, “Uncle T”, and Kamal Williams we’re 5star excellent in there customer service skills! I could go on and on about the over and above service they demonstrated to us, but for the sake of time, I’ll tell you the bottom line! They were able to get us a deal to pay off our other 2 vehicles (which was an upside down deal) and put us in 2 other new vehicles!!! I will not do business with any other dealership, not sales or service!!! Nissan McDonough is now our home dealership ???????
