Professional, knowledgeable, timely, and consistent. Tire Solutions on Tara Blvd messed my car up and threatened me on a hostile level as well. Very unprofessional Africans. Bought it here to have the stripped nuts and tire removed at a fraction of the price and time. I also ordered more wheels/tires/studs (a risky Amazon move {ordered wrong studs but MNUT corrected this}) and had them installed, balanced, and mounted here; again, for a fair price and at a Fraction of the time.
They took care of all of my needs, and now my car looks alive and drives well. I appreciate the team here and will continue to return.

I went there in July for an alignment, and my vehicle had never driven so well! Great job, great people, and all at an affordable price! I've referred several people and a body shop owner to them since then! If you want the job done right and honest people, this is the place you need to go! No competition anywhere around in my opinion!

I had leaks on both passenger side, tires Tech found nails in both passenger side tires. He dug them out and plugged them both. I originally took my car to Mavis from where I bought my tires. They refuse to even try to patch it or plug and told me I needed two new tires. Thank you McDonough New & Used Tires!

Got my brakes and rotors replaced and a oil change. They did an okay job on that. But a few months later I noticed that my battery is dead. What’s so strange is that I literally just purchased a Duralast battery from Autozone through my company before I got the work done with them. After trying to jump the battery I looked at the battery and noticed that it was a Interstate Battery and that it was refurbished. No one has worked on my vehicle except this company but of course no one can explain how that old battery ended up in my vehicle. That’s a shameful thing to do and bad business. Never sacrifice your today for your tomorrow. I used to come there for all my work but never again.

Adam and his team have taken care of my Audi A6 since moving to McDonough in 2018. They always make sure my car is well taken care of. They go above and beyond! My best friend and I are single women & as such, it’s not easy to find an auto shop that will treat you with respect and not take advantage of you. At McDonough New & Used Tires, we’ve found an owner and mechanics we can trust and rely on. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

I am always nervous as a woman going to get my car fixed. I’ve been taken advantage many times going to car shops. This is one of the 1st times i am very pleased with the service and help i was given to make sure I drive safe. I didn’t feel overpriced or uneasy.
