I never been a fan of dealerships because they always made me feel like I was getting rip off and quite frankly never had a good experience. However after visiting Hyundai McDonough location and getting greeted and helped by Brian Berry my whole out look and experience has changed. Brian was very helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable and very kind to me and my daughter. He not only took his time but also gave us honest advice on best options. Thank you so much Mr. Berry for making my daughter first car experience a very memorable one.I will be back in 6 months for my sons first car experience as well . You guys at Hyundai rock. Thanks

This is my second time this year coming to this dealership and my second time purchasing a vehicle. I had the pleasure working with Mike Matthew's when he helped my niece purchase her car (I was the co-signer). He did such an amazing job I had to return when I was ready to purchase my vehicle. He goes above and beyond, makes sure you feel comfortable with everything that is going on, and treats you like family. He definitely does not give the stereotypical pushy car salesman vibes. I 100% recommend this dealership and Mike!

When looking for a new car stop by McDonough Hyundai. They are super friendly and very helpful in finding what you need and want. Our sales person was Amber Dennard she was super helpful and kept me informed on when the car I was looking for would arrive. She is on top of her game and super friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. All the sales people were very friendly and helpful. Brandon Bobo was awesome and knowledgeable l. He was very considerate of what you wanted and very sensible to your needs. It was an excellent experience I had at this location will continue to send friends and family out to Brandon for any of their car needs. I am very pleased with the Awesome service I received from Start to finish.

WARNING to future buyers , If You have a repair problem expect to wait 3-4 weeks just for an appointment,. Here I am back at the dealership to have my Ergo seats repaired. It took 3 weeks just to get an appointment, and the day before my appointment I get a message that it will take 24-48 hours to get a diagnosis. Totally disappointing! So I arrive at the dealership and have to leave my vehicle for up to 2 days. The service advisor told me once they get the diagnosis, they still have to order the part, and I'll have come back again to have the repair done. If only I knew this before I purchased my Hyundai. I love my Palisade, but the service after the sale is extremely lacking. It's the same at other Hyundai dealers also. I called all of them to see if I could get an earlier appointment, NO SUCH LUCK...My next vehicle won't be a Hyundai just because of the service after the sale.

Came here a month ago to look around. My sales guy was Ricardo Calix, he came at me wth no pressure and knew everything I needed to know about the cars. A month later I went back and made sure i did business with him. I really wasn't looking to buy a car but under the circumstance I had to find something. I told him what i was working with and he made it work! A good and painless process. I would def recommend this dealership and sales guy to anyone.

Tony was literally so great! Never have I ever had a car buying experience so easy. The paperwork process was so quick and easy. Tony was getting paperwork (which is always the longest) together as we were browsing cars which made the process so fast. He was also knowledgeable about each vehicle and made me feel like a person and not a dollar sign. Y’all go see Tony and let him get ya right.

We just purchased 2024 Palisade and worked with Ricardo Calix. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the changes made from last year’s model. He was polite, friendly, and quick. He worked to get us a great deal and we were very pleased. If you need a new Hyundai ask for Mr. Calix.
