What a beautiful breath of fresh air!!!! The Customer Service received at the McDonough's Mattress Firm!!!There to purchase a mattress (which can be like shopping for a car), our Sleep Expert, Jane actually made the entire experience enjoyable! My husband is not a shopper and I was dreading the trip.Jane is extremely knowledgeable in her merchandise without being pushy. She gives you your options while allowing you to make your decision with impeccable customer service!

Jane Uche is amazing! She was very attentive and thorough. She made sure to acknowledge me with kindness and let me know that she would be with me as soon as possible. I appreciate her because the store was full of customers who arrived before me she took the time to be a blessing! Her knowledge of the products as well as her ability to make me feel comfortable and confident in my choices and entertain me at the same time is unparalleled! Thank You Jane! I was looking for a new mattress but they were all so expensive.... however, the salesman was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I decided, though, to keep my old mattress instead. Those prices made me feel like maybe my bed is alright after all. I slept really well that night, knowing that I kept my money in my wallet. ?

Sales associate Jelroni was very helpful with our purchase of a tempurpedic mattress. My wife and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to take advantage of the current sale. Jelroni was able to help us find a mattress that would work for the both of us and get it shipped out of state. He is very knowledgeable on the types of mattress that would work with your sleep position and did not make us feel pressured to buying something we didn't feel comfortable with. He was very patient with listening to our needs and finding something that worked for the both of us, price wise and well and comfort wise. He also let us know that we can call him with any questions or concerns whether or not we are in Georgia. We feel confident with our purchase because of Jelroni and the rest of the staff's knowledge and customer service.
