Lowes is a big box store that defrauds customers despite a written contract. We paid for a custom project upfront and they didn't complete it. One would expect this behavior from a shady contractor, not Lowes. I wouldn't recommend them for ANYTHING- we have escalated to an attorney to force them to complete our project.

I was in self checkout line for 30 min. One person doing checkout line. When asking for help manager came out helped one cust and went back to office. While still had 10 cust waiting. Manager could have helped get the line of cust out door. Love lowes over home depot. But this is ridiculous.

I waited for a half an hour for someone to assist me with cutting blinds. Only reason I'm giving 2 Stars is because when someone finally came he was nice.
