“Gilma” did an awesome job. What I love about this place is the level of honesty and integrity. I walked out at an appointment and left my bag. By the time I got home, an hour and a half away, they were closed. As a panic worrying about my laptop and other personal itemsI called them the next morning and they said ma’am you left your luggage. Everything is attacked nothing was moved, that’s A place where you can trust your stylist and the staff..

Heat damaged my hair! My hair is natural, and I came in for a style and trim, which I do every 3 to 4 months. After my service, I noticed that my hair smelled strongly of chemicals mixed with a burnt smell. I didn't trust it, so after a day, I showered my silk press out and noticed that some of my hair came out in clumps and all my curls are gone!! Every time I step out of the shower, it looks like I just got a blowout. It's been 4 days. Idk if whoever did my hair forgot to lut heat protectent on it, but i'm very disappointed with my results, and I'm going to my home salon to see what I can fix.
Update: if I could sue for emotional damage I would. The person who did my hair should be fired. My hair was growing to my chest, now I have to cut my hair into a Bob and start all over again. It will take YEARS for it to grow to the length I once had it. My hair was falling out so much my head became sore. I will never come back to this place.

I have found me a new hair stylist when I chose not to have a protective style. Everything is great. Trust them so much I will allow them to put in semi color today.

Titi does my hair. She is phenomenal as well as Ms. Lily! Eventhough its a lot of ppl, coming in, they move at a great pace so you don't stay all day and night.

Great experience, I’m a black girl with natural Hair and the process was perfect. They’ve taken down my sew & detangled my hair. The Dominican blow out actually last and the staff is so sweet

Today was a great experience. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve visit due to wearing protective styles throughout the summer. My stylist was Carmen I love love love her! She washed, set and did a silk press with curls. I’m very pleased with her services. I will return sooner than later. Thank you CarmenRhonda

Amazing hair salon! I came here for the first time and all the ladies were so polite and work really fast. I was so nervous finding a new salon but they made me feel like I made the best choice coming here. I will be coming for my silk press every time! Thank You ladies!
