This Kroger has the worst bathrooms it's disgusting urine everywhere feces all over the toilet I advise you not to use the restrooms both are disgusting KROGER PLEASE CLEAN THE BATHROOM!!!!

This Kroger has turned into the WORST grocery store in the county. Spoiled meat being sold at high quality price, the prices are a literal insult to the consumer, and the staff has a terrible attitude. Not to mention NOT giving you the gas discount, yet taking your points anyways! This has happend 3 times to me and others. Avoid this store at all costs. I am a native to this town and im in absolute awe of the decline of this store.

Need more staff! These companies are ridiculous with these self check outs! There is no way a line should be this long. I rarely come here due to this reason and lack of good customer service! The outside gas station is no better! There is always something going on with the card machine not working or long line there as well! Its like the rest of the reviews! Terrible place to shop!

They have the WORST selection of produce. The prices aren’t matching the quality. Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be replaced immediately. I chose to order my groceries today, what a bad idea. Why did the personal shopper choose expired/damaged items to fulfill my order. Kroger count your days!!!

Kroger, if you're gunna have unisex bathrooms, please make sure they're at least clean! Not saying all, but I've cleaned a lot of bathrooms in my years and men's bathrooms are always dirtier. Shouldn't be gagging from the urine saturated floors when I walk in. Toilet paper sitting on the diaper changing station. Overflow drain was uncovered and filled with all kinds of nasty stuff. Please clean your restrooms!!!

Terrible Today!!!! Absolutely no staff on sales floor… floor filled with pallets and carts of product preventing you from shopping !!! Milk /dairy completely empty!!!! Nothing in stock!!!! NOTHING IN STOCK!!! Produce looks disgusting!!!! Molded lemon/lime bags and molded tomatoes!!! I will never shop this location again!!! Staff is careless no one seems concerned at all

The manager on duty tonight "Tylene" is what she said her name was but she was hesitant to even give me her name bc we had an issue with our card so we needed the manager. We literally stood at the self checkouts for at least 20 to 30 minutes waiting on a manager bc the cashier told us the manager was "in the parking lot talking to someone". We finally got tired of waiting and had to literally leave me buggy and my daughter inside to walk out in the parking lot and get the manager to come in while she was outside talking to her husband/boyfriend, whoever he was. I guess the manager was irritated she had to cut her chat short bc she came in with an attitude and told us we wouldn't be able to punch our card number in manually and she couldn't help us. There was no apology for the inconvenience of having to wait on her for 30 minutes while she socialized in the parking lot , and I said "next time we'll go to Walmart" and I am not kidding you, this lady really said " yeah I suggest y'all always go to Walmart" and she literally walked off as I was still talking to her! I have literally never in my life been treated like this by a manager of any business,anywhere. It was that ridiculous and you can rest assured I will definitely be going to Walmart from here on. The only nice person there was the security guard, she was a sweet lady.

DO NOT USE THEIR GAS STATION. The psycho in the booth yelled at my father (who does not speak good English and has dentures) because he asked for 12 dollars on pump 4. She misheard him and thought he said 20 dollars. That wasn’t the issue, the issue was her shouting at him and then complaining about his annunciation to other customers who were also trying to pay for gas, while he was still standing there. When he turned to say something to her, she started yelling “IM NOT TALKING TO YOU”. I was in the car and could hear everything. Very unprofessional, I don’t know her name but she was incredibly rude and I don’t recommend you go there.

Busy. Only 2 cashiers working. Only 1 side of self checkouts open. Long lines and no assistance from any other employees.

Wanted a quick snack. Long day. Was hesitant but I stopped at Kroger anyway.
There weren't any eateries in the immediate area. I ordered the chicken tenders 3 for $5. Rnded up being 1 for $5. Had to break them up just to find the tender parts. The chicken was dry and fried to hard. I've never cared for Krogers deli
foods. Just another reminder why I don't care for Kroger deli food. ??
