Much better since during Covid Crisis. Tip: For refills, download the app. You’ll need one password to open the app and another to get to your Prescriptions. The system will allow you to put the refill order days in advance of when the refill is authorized based on the prescription from your Provider. This will give the Pharmacist a heads up in case they are out of stock. Then they can order the prescribed medicine from the distribution site, and more than likely receive it in time to fill it on time. As availability on some medications is shrinking due to logistics with a squeeze on the US distribution systems, I'm guessing they can fulfill individual pharmacy needs by keeping excess stock in the distribution center rather than having each Pharmacy location carrying extra stock.

They never have my prescriptions ready. I’ll call to verify and be told yes they’re ready and show up and they’re not. They seem to wait for you to come in before they even start. I still come here because they have the best prices when I use GoodRx.

Worst pharmacy ever. I miss Moyes so much. Lost Prescription then come back in 2 days, then wait another 30 minutes. This is 3rd time I’ve tried to pick up and was told to wait another 30 minutes! .Line of people coming back is to the registers with same issues. Hire some help Kroger.. you’ve lost my business.

Never fill prescriptions on time! Ignorant workers, can not do their job properly. Will be moving mine and my family members prescription to a better pharmacy!! They only reason they get 1 star is because google will not allow for me to put zero!!!

They are always willing to review the status of our medications with us. The friendly staff is increased when business is busy. When standing in a long line, two registers are opened to move things along more quickly. We are most often surprised when they honestly tell us a medication is on order several days later, and it gets filled sooner. Even daily, prescriptions are filled before the time indicated.

Routinely hours or even days late filling my monthly prescription. I understand waiting on orders to come in, but it is unacceptable to give customers a set time, have them drive to your store, and tell them to come back in a few hours. I have driven to this pharmacy three times at the time I was told, just to be told to come back at a later time. When questioned, employees were rude and impatient.
