Very slow and rude reception, she’s on the phone don’t even bother l was standing there,, and then she don’t wanna hung up and help me instead she told me to come back though l told her the appointment time is rescheduled! And it takes for ever to get loaded

It's gotten better thru the years I guess some of the ladies in the office still be looking ? like the world Ole them something ? no parking I don't think unless you're waiting on a load don't quote me on tht.

Worst place to pick up owner Operator don't go there they take 7 hours to load your truck waste of time they just don't care about truck driver don't say you don't warn about this place

Lined up on the street for a hour, then once on the property, stayed in line up to an hour, I was a drop and hook, so they will ask you to pull up and park on the side, walk back to the guard shack, to get a gate pass that’s shows you where to drop load and pu mt. If your mt isn’t in the spot they gave you, just grab one, have a door open to check out and pass your gate pass with the trailer # and slot # on it back to guard shack window. Spent 3 hours there for a drop and hook.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Four trucks in line at the out bound gate waiting for somebody to get back from lunch Its been 30min already. No one answers the phone. You're on hold only to be disconnected. No concern for the drivers times.

Please don't come here Drivers beware if you are coming here to pick up a live load! Because you will be here for a while they are so slow at loading trailers, it’s ridiculous. I checked in at 11:30 a.m., and i am still here almost 5hrs waiting , it's wasting time they don't even care about us ,

Worked there for a while. Kind of chaotic but there are some managers that actually try to make a positive impact or listen to suggestions.

My first visit was horrific over 5 hrs to load. However, I returned a year later and my visit was magnificent. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time, immediately assigned a door after checkin and unloaded within 2 hours and 45 minutes. All staff were courteous and friendly.
