Called last week and scheduled an appointment. Yesterday the rear of my traverse glass was replaced. The technicians removed the broken glass, swept around the area and installed the new rear glass. Thank you guys!!!

I would not recommend. Scheduled to have my windshield replaced Monday (took the day off work to do so), the service technician came by and informed me that they ordered the wrong windshield and would come back Wednesday to replace the windshield. Took Wednesday off for this repair, text the owner requesting an ETA and got no response. I waited roughly 40 mins and called the number. The owner then stated to me that the windshield did not come in and the service would be pushed to Thursday. I refuse to take another day off work and I’m gladly seeking this service from another company. I agree with the comment below, this companies’ business model and customer service is not good.

So they had a great price but their business model is inefficient and the guy that I talked to on the phone it seemed like he owned the place but he was very rude. Be me profesional if you don't know the set time don't just pop up give someone a range when your going to come and don't just pop up at random and tell the customer you only take cash when such customer was in communications with you all and yall knew this was a new customer and neglected to tell such customer yall only take cash. And the are not organized with their communication via text or phone. Hot Mess.

I don't know what their problem is. Zero stars would be better. Took them three tries to replace the windshield correctly and they acted like it was somehow our fault that it was leaking. They don't even have their own shop so you have to drive your car to some body shop somewhere instead of your house for some unknown reason that they couldn't explain. They also wouldn't return phone calls or texts after the second attempt to fix the problem. Ridiculously bad experience. Would never use them again.

My car was broken into and the driver side window was broken. I called every Toyota dealer and glass place in Atlanta. Several Toyota dealers recommended Kelley Auto Glass. I called with very little hope and was told that he had one side window in stock but it would be Tuesday and it was Friday already and I had to drive back to Maine in January. He called me back and had me scheduled for the next morning, he called again a few min later and said that his field guy could meet me at a Toyota dealership just 15 min away in the direction I was driving and replace my window. The guy took 20 min and we were on our way for less than my $300 insurance deductible.

From what I see, they did a wonderful job. They were here on time. Explained what he was doing. Daryl was the installer, was very nice and professional. So far everything is doing great, no complaints. THANK YOU KELLEY AUTO GLASS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

the guy demanded money first. you’re supposed to finish the job before getting the payment. you don’t get your food at mcdonald’s then pay.

Terry at Kelley Auto Glass is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Someone broke out my read passenger window, and when I called Toyota to see how much it would be to replace it. The total would be about $800, and I’d have to bring my car to them. I heard through the grapevine, Toyota actually works with Kelley Auto Glass, so I called them, and spoke with Terry, to see if they would charge less. Not only was the cost, to replace the window, 75% less than the dealership, but Terry came to my house, and completed the job perfectly, within about 20 minutes! I highly recommend Kelley Auto Glass!

We started using this company to remove and reinstall glass in vehicles that we repair. Their prices were out of range of any other glass company that we have used and when confronted with damages caused by their tech they denied and refused to compensate us for the damages.

They were supposed to come to fix a small crack in my windshield. They never showed up. I called them and they never answered after that. Now my windshield has a huge crack due to cold weather.
