edited: only a week of my expensive nails and a few popped off?! I have paid less and gotten the cheaper options and they stay longer than this
was told this last longer than gel but maybe there is a reason it took less time

Asked for an acrylic removal and manicure over the phone. Was quoted $30. I came in at 6:15 and was seated within 5 mins. I got my nails soaked off no problem but when it was time for the manicure everything went down hill. The girl barely removed my cuticles , soaked my hands in a bowl of warm WATER. No soap no scrub no nothing just water. I mean a manicure is the most basic nail service ever. I know they teach the fundamentals of a manicure in nail school. Then proceeded to go straight into painting my nails which weren’t even completely filed all the way. And afterwards I asked her if she could remove the white stuff that was still on my hands after soaking them in acetone for 20 mins and leaving them in warm plain water to dry out to which her response was, “I’ll put oil on them and you can wash it when you get home.” I then received a one minute hand massage with lotion and was sent on my way. Worst and most rushed manicure I’ve ever had in 25 years. Then attempted to try and come up with a new price on the spot when it was time to check out as if it was worth more than $30 for an hour service that was rushed. No thanks. Nails came off as soon as I got to the car and opened the door.

My first time getting services at Passio Nails but it won't be my last!!! I had the absolute best experience!!! My first impressions were (1). It didn't smell of chemicals that many other salons that I've used smell like. Where I usually mask up because I don't want to continue breathing in those chemical odors.
(2). The place was simply beautiful inside. Super clean and luxurious. (3). The feeling of being pampered from my initial greeting upon check-in to the polite technicians who did my manicure and pedicure.

Absolutely love this place! Punnie and Lyn always take such great care of me and I always love my nails and pedicure. Love the new upgrade to the salon also! Definitely recommend!

I Love Passio nails they are extremely pleasant and accommodating. They also not timely at all. You are in and out! They are also open 7 days a week now .

I have been looking for a new nail salon since moving to the area… I think I have found the place. There wasn’t a wait, the atmosphere was relaxing and the service was great. Tom and Lyn hooked my nails up and Ana has my boo claiming she is his new nail tech… coming back and if it’s the same… you’ve earned new loyal customers!

Came in on June 1st for a manicure and lash service. It was a wonderful experience. Very peaceful and fast paced. Their service was very kind and genuine. Would definitely come back anytime.
