I use J Quality mostly for spot/dry cleaning and alteration. I dropped my favorite designer blouse for a spot removal on its front pocket. I was pleased with how my satin button down came out flawless and anew, giving me a big smile! I now also bring my brand new clothes here for alteration, and they fit nicely as if tailored to my size. The owner lost my purple dress. The daughter had an attitude when I asked her about it. I took 4 garments here and miraculously my favorite one I never got back. The owner kept patting me on the arm as she tried to apologize for “losing” the dress. Now had I put my hands on her she wouldn’t called the police even after I told her to stop touching me. They reimbursed me half the price of the dress. If you have an item you really cherish, don’t take it here. I really think she sold it. I’ll never patronize them again.
