“This store smells great when you first walk into it. Anyone who's allergic to smells may not be able to tolerate it, though. I have only been to this location once, and at the time, what they offered was well stocked, organized, and affordable. There was no wait time at the self-checkout line.

I give the business as a whole 4-stars because their selections were limited. I tend to like Big Box stores with lots of options. This particular location is small. They didn't have all the specific-themed items we really wanted for a gift for a boy. We were looking for planes, trains, and automobiles. Their toy selection didn't have many age-appropriate toys for a 7 year old. Their gift bag selection and cards had limited sizes, colors, and occasions. We settled to avoid going to another store. My advice would be to go to this store and have an open mind about what you want to purchase. Then you may be able to find what you need and you'll probably consider it a 5-star experience.”

“Omg, don't know why I had never ventured into this store in my hometown. This place has a little bit of everything from seasonal items, garden, housewares, home decor, beauty, stationery, crafts, food and beverages, etc. Super clean, well organized, and good prices! Expect to spend more than a few minutes in there! And the staff is super friendly!”

“Kirkland’s Home store conveniently located in McDonough, Georgia is a nice store. I didn’t know what to expect when I entered the store. Everything was clean, clearly marked. This is my second review with this store, and I must say that I don't mind taking the time to express my most sincere gratitude to a wonderful person...the one and only, KEZIA! Oh, my goodness! Kezia was SO professional, SO helpful, and SO kind. I am still in the middle of an extensive remodeling project. I had several transactions that had to be made, I needed assistance with arranging a delivery for a beautiful vanity that I had purchased at the store, and Kezia smoothly and effortlessly handled everything I needed. She helped me locate accessories to compliment my purchase, and she was efficient and patient the entire time. “Went to Ashley in McDonough yesterday & ordered two same size ottomans. Got home and realized I just wanted one super sized one (which they had). I had my 7 year old grandson Rowland with me both days! A sweet girl named Keanna (Kay) helped us both days. She was absolutely the BEST associate I’ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable and super helpful! Most importantly my grandson just loved her. She was amazing with him. She let him “help” with the transaction explained what she was doing & why. He spoke of her for the rest of the day on Monday. When we went back Tuesday, he ran in the store & said yes we need to speak to Kay! She high fived him and again got us through the cancellation of Mondays purchase & the sale of the new ottoman. He stuck right with her in the store and told her he wanted to come work with her! ?. So he says JuJu can we tell her boss how nice she is? I said of course. We found him and I let Rowland explain to him how much he loved her. The manager (super nice) pointed at me & said who is this? He said this is JuJu. He said JuJu she would appreciate a review online if you don’t mind! I said of course! This is the first time I’ve shopped Ashley. “Ross is one of those kind of stores that you go in when you're not in a hurry they never have enough cashiers but the cashier that they do have make the wait not so bad sooo friendly and Apologetic for the waiting and you can never find nobody to help you pick things on a high Shelf but the prices are good you just need to have a lot of patience plus I had the pleasure of meeting one of the mangers I believe his name was Mr.Edward'sVery nice also Apologize for the wait and I was complaining about the Lack of help And he was on a register Ross need more like ? ? him by the way this Particular Ross was in McDonough Georgia And enjoy your echo to mostly all of them But this particular one What's different A pleasure to shop there”
