Have been dealing with these guys for years. I've never had any bad experience with customer service, any product I've purchased from Pinball machines to hotubs. Seems to me like competitors have left malicious reviews, because of this company being No.1 for years on end. Great people and great enviroment!!! I'm a customer for life.

Avoid this place!!!!!!Horrible service and even if you try to work with them to purchase something it looks like their team of sales professional katie campbell does not care!!Instead she has time to review her own store with 5 star review on google-Just look at the positive reviews its all done by their employees but actual customers have negative reviews. Just a SCAM!!!!!!

These people have no clue and terrible customer service by Marcie. When you ask a question she hangs up rudely. No knowledge of the product they sell like the Egg and current discount and model. In addiiton when you ask to speak to another representative she hangs up or puts you on hold. Went to the store to talk to someone and same attitude and terrible service to customers. Avoid this place

I’ve been attempting to get information on a pool package only for the sales lady to have no idea what pump even comes with it. My husband called and told them we were ready to buy today or tomorrow and she didn’t seem like she cared at all. We were ready to buy and now they’ve missed out on a sale.

I had them come out to repair my Hot tub that I purchased from them in the past. It was picked up in September of 2023 and the repair has yet to be completed. During these months I have come in to the store multiple times to inquire about my repairs only to be told I will be called back with an update and no one ever reaches out. Very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service or lack there of.

Still the worst place ive ever done business with sold me a dart board ask me to open it up then told me my warranty was void for working on it. Never forget this place is the worst.

I purchased what was to be a new custom built swim spa. Home & Rec delivered a used spa with damages panels and leaking plumbing. They have not honored the warranty, They claim it came from the manufacturer with refurbished panels, They claim they have received new panels from manufacturer to replace the panels with holes filled with putty. They have not responded to my calls concerning the warranty repairs for leaks. The Manufacturer claims they did not send the tub with holes in panel but have sent to merchant replacement panels. Manufacturer - Aspen Spas- will only stand behind the warranty for parts and will not refer me to another responsive dealer to service warranty.

I am highly disappointed in the service I received here. I purchased a hot tub with a warranty and needed a replacement part. A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.

Do not shop Home and Recreation is the worst. We've had our hot tub for over 2 months and I've been in it once its has not be operational since we had it. and they dont care its brand new and broken first it was the touch screen that took them two weeks to replace now its wont heat we been wanting for about a month for them to fix this issue. If you been to this store its never pack and they wont answer the phone.

There were 2 women there when I last visited by the names of Pam and Christy or Misty I believe and they are both super hateful and did not want to give either me or my wife the time of day. Would not recommend to anyone looking to purchase a spa or pool table from this establishment.

Do not buy a Hot Tube from them.... When I bought the tub it was leaking and they fixed it and now its leaking and NO One is responding to fix it with no calls or anything so my tube is was left with the sides off just sitting there waiting for nothing.
