Where do I begin. First time coming to Grease Monkey (I’m from Texas), the customer service was A+++ The two gentlemen working this morning were very professional and KIND!! From the time they greeted me upon my arrival until my departure. They got me in really quick. Gave me an estimated price for my vehicle. I highly recommend this location. I did not get their names but Thank You Gentleman for the southern hospitality!!

Quez was super helpful and knowledgeable about my car.He answered all of my questions and helped me out with my fuel system issue. Now my car is driving better than it has been for 2 months! ?

Super kind and helpful staff! I got a flat tire down the road while I was alone with my baby, I drove to them and they immediately checked out my tire, saw it had a nail in it and was busted, and they put my spare on for me so that I could make it to a tire shop.

All I can say is wow this was my first time actually going to grease monkey in McDonough and the service was amazing and quick went to get an oil change was done within 15 mins if even I was greeted by Katlyn and her beautiful smile she was very professional. The staff was professional I will be returning soon to get my brakes done I gave 5 stars because I can’t give 10!!!

Came in for an oil change was greeted by Caitlin and Quez . The service here was absolutely great. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on . Great customer service!!!

Extremely disappointed in the service at the Hwy 81 location. I visited this location a year ago and was told then that the emissions machine was down. I saw that there was new management and the “Emissions” sign still up. I visited again this week, waited for almost an hour (after filling out the information form), to find out that “the computer was not working”. I had to take time off of work to travel here. So, I lost pay and never got the service they advertise on a bold banner hanging from the top of an open bay.I will not be coming back here for any other services or recommend it to others.

Best place in McDonough Georgia for oil changes and other car maintenance needs. Staff were very professional, knowledgeable and the location has reasonable prices. Unlike other locations that leave dirty oil in your vehicle and do things that cause issues with your vehicle. I will definitely be returning.

When did an oil change price go over $100? Did I miss something? I have been to this location before and it was no where near this amount. I am a woman, I was the first one there and I feel like they were trying to get over. Nothing about my car is fancy or big! Ridiculous! I went down the street and got my oil changed for $48 with a coupon for the same type of oil changed at grease monkey. Would not recommend.
