My husband called this store looking for a chain for a pendant he bought. Not only was he cut off MULTIPLE times on the phone while he was naming what he was looking for with "Dude, dude, dude look you're just going to have to come in and look" but he was called a "girl" for being too specific and asking too many questions to locate his exact chain he was wanting. We were asking questions over the phone to avoid a wasted 45 minute drive one way. And I'm sure you're going to guess it, THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT HE WANTED SO WE WASTED THE DRIVE. Terrible terrible customer service. I get you can't let people run over you but be a little more patient and kind. This is what's wrong with the world these days.

Yesterday, I brought in two items to be repaired. One was a familyheirloom, and the other was a whimsical, candlestick holder. The jeweler was efficient and helpful. This is the second time I've come in to have antique jewelry repaired and I appreciated the friendly service and quick turnaround. I would recommend this business for all of your jewelry needs.

Harris -Tucker Jewelry store. I would highly recommend them, they were so willing to answer all the questions I had and guided me honestly thru my decisions that I needed to make and never made me feel rushed. I will definitely use them in the future for all my jewelry needs.

Obnoxiously and flamboyantly rude and disrespectful to my granddaughter I asked her to try to pawn a few of my precious items and because she asked one guy The same question two times in a row he returned the favor with rudeness turning down the service and all she wanted to know is what the price could’ve been and then why are you so rude.. They threaten to call the police for what reason would that have been only being that that is their only defense I would not bring any of your precious items here to pawn and I would not spend any money with them. I detect unnecessary racism and rudeness toward my granddaughter.

I just left this place 5 minutes ago and came to write a review because of how sweet these two men just were to me. I was driving home from work today and realized my center diamond on my engagement ring was lose. I called and asked when I could come to get it looked at and he said come now. I would’ve been in and out in 3 minutes had I not been talking their ear off. They fixed my ring, cleaned it up, and gave me their honest opinion about adding more prongs to prevent this again. I will for sure be back to give them my business!

BEAUTIFUL WORK!! I had a stone that I needed to be set inside a new mount for a ring. I made the mistake of taking it someplace else first. Short story; the competitor botched the job. I then took it to Harris & Tucker and they made my ring look amazing! I will never go anyplace else for jewelry needs. The service was excellent and the price was very fair. Thank you Harris & Tucker Jewelers for making My ring AMAZING.

Edited: 08/27/2020Do not use Harris and Tucker they will rip you off! If they think you are in a rush, gullible, or especially a female they will take advantage. Disappointed, mad, and upset . Knowing I was rushed and leaving town to go to California for a week. Harvey's daughter sold me an 18k ring. Randy went up on the price after quoting 510. to 645. During the sale. The ring was worth a lot more so I paid it.I trusted them to size it up and let them keep it. Hearing they came recommend from Zales and JCPenny an advising never to recommend it again. I brought my fiancée to look at it. He loved the color and weight. We ran to Hazel Hurst to see the venue, and let them keep it to size.I picked up a totally different ring silver in color with a stamp that said 18k inside 2 days later. It was a beat up ring I had said no to purchasing. It was scratched up, a different color ring. I said that wasn't my ring three times and they kept insisting it was my ring. Then Randy from across the room at the gun cases said," oh it had to be polished up because it was tarnished! GOLD DOES NOT TARNISH that's when I knew they switched it and why Harvey's eyes went up when I said it wasn't my ring. My fiancée would have been furious if I caused a scene, and he has a heart problem. He didn't know what to think. He said I trust these guys and I knew they had gotten over on us by stealing the original gold ring back. I know gold and I know rings and I guess since the price of gold went up they didn't think they got enough for that size and weight of ring. These two being the only ones in the store because the daughter wasn't there when we picked up, actually let us leave with that beaten up old ring. I'm furious, mad, disappointed and truly upset I want my money back.! I know gold doesn't change color when sized up,and it definitely doesn't tarnish!!! They ruined everything and I just read the last report to the bbs and how they treated that woman and I totally believe it!

Harvey has been my jeweler for more years than I care to mention. He's designed, repaired, and sized all types of jewelry and watches, done beautiful work at a great price, and always had it ready when promised. Really wonderful folks. They make you feel like family. You'll never want to go anywhere else. Check out the estate jewelry and the sweet puppy on the bar stool (you'll never know she's there if you don't).
