I would rate higher but I hate wasting money & that’s exactly what I’ve been doing here trying to buy a fresh leaf recently. At about $8 a pack, there are no refunds or exchanges for buying a completely stale & useless product. After this happening frequently I brought it to the staff’s attention where I was basically informed that nothing would be done & shown more leaves that I could purchase with more of my money that’s already been wasted. That was obviously unacceptable to me & will be to fellow smokers so I’m spreading the awareness of their stale leaves. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The staff is always very nice I just wish the products matched the service.

I have been going to this vape shop for 4- 5 years & I have ZERO complaints. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! I never feel rushed & they're very knowledgeable as well.

Everytime I'm in town, this is my go-to spot. The owner is great, and the staff are always super nice and helpful. A word of advice: stay away from the legal lean products unless you're able to consume THC. Nowhere on the bottle does it state containing any cannabis ingredients, but it absolutely does (found that out the hard way ?). They have a great selection of kratom products as well, and great prices on disposable vapes!

I recently visited Habits and was thoroughly impressed. They offer a wide variety of high-quality hookahs, shisha flavors, and accessories at competitive prices. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making my shopping experience enjoyable and informative. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Customer service is top-notch, both in-store and over the phone. I highly recommend Habits for all your hookah needs. I'll definitely be coming back!

I came in this morning Saturday may 4, and the sweet lady who helped me was so wonderful I had to let y'all know. I didn't get her name but she said she only works on weekends. Y'all have a gem ? in that employee, she made me laugh and i felt so welcome. In the 5 min conversation we had she managed to make such a huge difference in my day. I appreciated her kindness and wanted to say thank you. I really hope she's a valued employee because good customer service is scarce nowadays and she's exactly what every business owner hopes for in an employee.
