EXCEPTIONAL! Duane is so helpful. Everyone that I have encountered has been so professional and I have gotten 2 work orders done here on my car. I just picked my car up today. The lobby is clean and if I need anything done H3 is my place to go. I didn’t want to write the review bc I didn’t want to share but I feel confident with H3 as a woman. Ladies and Gents. they are honest, professional, quick and explain the work to be done. I appreciate that a lot! I don’t ever feel they are just trying to up sale me as a woman so thats really important to me.

My daughter's car broke down and we had to pull it somewhere. We pulled into their parking lot, and they were able to help us get back on the road within an hour or two. Thanks for your help!!

Grew up in locust grove and always took our vehicles to H3. Even living over an hour away now I always will make the trip to have H3 work on my cars. Very nice and honest people, this is the only shop that I tell my wife and sisters to just take their cars there and they will take care of you. So hard to find that in a shop nowadays! Keep up the good work guys.

So the reviews speak for themselves.... but this place is a gem!! Nick and the crew are awesome, honest and nice guys. I have a bmw (and all though some severices they do not offer depending on the type) I will still take my vechile to them for the work that is offered! Honesty is getting hard to find these days, and I appericate the fact that this auto shop is filled with very honest people!!

Honest as they come. East 81 up to road advised me I needed an alignment, during a oil change. I brought it here bc of the reviews. Customer service is amazing. After inspection, Nick showed me that I did not need an alignment. I was blown away at their honesty. They have a new customer! Thanks again!

I went to H3 due to so many positive reviews and I’m so glad that I did. H3 is the definition of integrity. Most people will advise women that repair shops will take advantage and over charge just because you’re a woman… not H3. Although, they were unable to service my car due to the complexity of the issue; they are very honest, knowledgeable, and kind. It’s obvious they take pride and care for what they do and their customers. Nick and Dwayne are the absolute best! They’ve earned a future customer due to their top tier service ✨

Been going to H3, for years now…and I must say, they do a tremendous job! Great staff, and my guy Dwayne is cool ? rest of team are just as amazing. My car broke down on me, had her towed and H3 got her back on the road!

Was visiting my son. Kinda had an emergency brake issue. They got me in and fix me right up! Also found a leak that I needed to have a part replaced. They literally saved me!! If I had to drive like it was, I would have blown motor!!! Thanks to them, I'm safe!!
