I've shopped at several goodwill stores, and I have to say this is the worst by far. I've been here 3 times, and it's always the same. The clothing sections are not organized by color like the other stores. There's always clothes on the floor. Those black hangers are the worst. I've never seen anyone on the sales floor working to clean up the messes the lazy customers leave all over the place. Yes, I said customers. They have no respect for this business trying to help their community and uplift people in need. To the manager: Please place more employees on the sales floor to help maintain the products and set an example to the customers who don't care how they leave items for the next person to shop.

This is truly one of my favorite places to shop. I find so many items for my home here... both electrical and decorative. And they also have a great selection of plus size clothing. The name brand stores have gotten so ridiculous with their pricing... $80 for a pair of slacks. I find slacks at the G-Store for $8. And you spend $10 for dry cleaning and you're still winning! I've even lucked up and found a pair of fairly new AirMax shoes. I love how the manager of this location organizes items and makes things easy to find. Some areas are staged to give you an idea of how certain items work together. Some days I don't find anything of interest, but it's still worth the time it took to seek out good deals.

This store is clean and well organized.It has more of a department store feel than a thrift store.Most items are priced higher than you'd expect to find on donated items mark for resale. However, I did find Crocs for $2.99.?I've never understood why they separate an item with many parts and sell them separately. And toys are sold sans anything that came with it and are not sold ANYWHERE else in the store.I'm still going to shop here. And I'm still going to complain about the prices.THE DRESSING ROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. You have to purchase first, and the return policy is an exchange or gift card.

Cashier/ Assistant manager refused to complete my transaction because I chose all .99 Monday sale items. I was there over an hour and had a buggy full. She accused me of changing the tags! I noticed her attitude after looking at a couple of my pieces. She gave off energy that I'd picked something that was her stash. This is not a good look. Many thrift shoppers come for their own personal treasures. If Goodwill allows this behavior, it just changes the game. I absolutely felt discriminated against and humiliated..plus ticked off for wasting my time and travel costs. The $40 gift card resolution offered was a slap in the face.

I dropped off multiple bags of clothes for donation. I also dropped off three very nice men's suits that I kept on the hangers in anticipation that Goodwill would want to sell them as a full suit without wrinkles. The person accepting the donation took the suits and threw them 5 feet into a pile in the corner. I won't be donating anything in the future.

Sorry, but no pics THIS time !We loaded a trailer full of leftover estate/yard sale items & dropped it off.The process was fabulous !We pulled up & the workers (not so happy looking or acting for simply even having a job!?) unloaded it. Of course, they weren’t so careful as we were, especially the boxes with “fragile” on it (assuming they could read & knew what fragile meant ?!?).We were presented with a receipt that we had to go online to complete the items we dropped off. No biggie !We do love shopping there for good items at great prices !!!?

This store sold me counterfeit merchandise and then refused to refund my money. I bought the item yesterday, researched it last night and learned it was counterfeit, then tried to return it today with my receipt. The manager refused to refund my money and said that 1) it is legal for Goodwill to sell counterfeit merchandise, and 2) it is my responsibility to research each item I want to buy in the store before I make the purchase. Pretty sleazy, Goodwill.

Prices are a bit high sometimes but the staff is really nice. Other than Richard a manager there. He is very rude. I've never had a problem with this goodwill until today. Hope to never run into him again.
