Very poor customer service, vehicle sat 3 weeks untouched, answering service full, no way to get in touch with owner, vehicle left unlocked for anyone to enter vehicle, owner refused to return keys until he was paid $85 for none rendered services, UPS delivery notices left on door for parts delivery dating weeks probably for other customers, had to move vehicle to another shop, STRONGLY recommend customer beware. Does not deserve one star rating, mechanic shop beside this one stated he was rarely open and when was open only for few hours, operating hours on door are false.

My work van was vandalize due to insecurity in there shop and end up with transmission problem my lawyer wrote them already am about to sue this company

We took our 2006 Acura TL to Gears Transmission because we thought we had transmission issues. Not only did James have the most reasonable price for a rebuild, he actually found that the issue was a broken axle and sway bar and told us our transmission was fine. He could have taken advantage of us but he did not. Very nice and very honest technician. Thank you again, James!

I've had 2 transmissions replaced from 2 different vehicles. Their prices are the best in Georgia. I know because I definitely shopped around first. The turn around time is very quick also. I love these guess!

Had my brake pads installed here today. They were very conscious of my time and extremely customer oriented. Will definitely be bringing my truck back for routine oil changes and maintenance.
