Ms. Latoya Coward ....hands down is absolutely one of THE most thorough and detail banker that I have encountered in recent times . She is very courteous and well mannered and demonstrates sincere interest in customer's financial concerns. A great example of customer service excellence.

Frustrating that this bank will charge you a $8 fee to cash a check written on their on bank… but at the same time wanted to offer me their “Free Checking” What a joke

I do not understand why tellers refuse to help people at this location. Absolutely miserable experience. Waited 20 min and a large line formed behind me waiting. 3 tellers behind the counter and not one was helping customers. What a bunch of useless people. Didn’t even acknowledge they had a huge line waiting.
