I can't say enough good things about my experience with Elite Collision! I was in a pinch and needed some urgent repairs done, and Tyler and his team went above and beyond to accommodate me. They came in on a Saturday specifically to meet my deadline, which I truly appreciated.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, providing updates on the progress of my vehicle and answering all my questions promptly. Their exceptional communication made me feel valued as a customer.
The quality of the work was outstanding! My vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition, looking even better than before. I can’t recommend Elite Collision enough! If you want top-notch service and a team that truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Thank you for making a stressful situation so manageable!

We want to thank everyone at Elite Collision for the wonderful customer service and repairs to our Toyota Highlander over the last two weeks. JJ Diddle and Teresa were responsive in a timely manner to every inquiry and question we had. Elite Collision went above and beyond to meet all expectations. I will recommend this collision and body shop to everyone I know. Everyone I dealt with from Jennifer, the lady’s in the office, Tyler, and all the guys out back! Not to mention JJ met me on his off day so I could pick my car up. My car looks Amazing!!! You can’t even tell anything was wrong with it. The paint matching is right on point! The turn around on drop off to pick up time was remarkable. If you need anything done to your vehicle this is def the shop to go to! Keep up the amazing work Elite Collision! ?

Just got my car back from Elite and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They are one of the collision centers that work with my insurance, so I looked at the reviews here, took with a grain of salt some of the more negative ones, and picked them to fix the damage inflicted by a careless driver in a parking lot. Like every other good body shop, they were super busy and took a while to initially get in, but finished up the job a week sooner than originally estimated. Both the office staff and JJ were super respectful and courteous. JJ kept me updated on progress and gave me a heads up three days prior to when the car would be ready. They worked well with my insurance and there were no surprises. With body work you never know how well everything will align and match up, but looking at it you couldn't tell it had been hit. Before and after pics included. Extremely satisfied!!

I needed some work done on my bumper after I was hit. Elite Collision did a magnificent job, and I was really impressed with the way they kept me in the loop throughout the process. As an added bonus, they completed the repairs for half the cost I was quoted for at another shop in Atlanta. I would highly recommend Elite!
