It hurts to rite this because we both love Dr. Morris he knows his stuff. And until today we raved about this place. Today 07/08/2024 our 18yr old cat was having issues and needed an quasi emergency visit. Yeah these people actually said the soonest they could see him was 4 days later.... I perish the thought on what would happen to anyone else's pets if any serious issues came up suddenly. The bottom line is this You could not and would not be there when we needed you. You did not care we were upset about it. And prepaying for a add on appointment 2 weeks out is utterly stupid. I put out a good word about yall and had this happen but no more. I will proactively tell EVERY one I speak to about our experience. Good luck with the business

Edit: Charged for services NOT rendered, then no apology for the mess up. Second time it's happened with no apologies, so never again will this happen to my dogs. It pains me because I love Dr. Morris so much, but I can't do this to my dogs anymore and unfortunately, his staff members are the ones primarily handling my dog's and I don't feel comfortable doing so anymore. I just want to make sure I put this here again: I absolutely LOVE Dr. Alan Morris, but his team leaves me no choice but to go elsewhere.

Overheard the staff arguing with a lady in the back about her dogs. Very unprofessional and I do not plan on bringing my pet back either. How I not know they will do the same to me.

Edit: Charged for services NOT rendered, then no apology for the mess up. Second time it's happened with no apologies, so never again will this happen to my dogs. It pains me because I love Dr. Morris so much, but I can't do this to my dogs anymore and unfortunately, his staff members are the ones primarily handling my dogs incorrectly and unapologetically when they mess up. I was charged for anal gland services for my 3 dogs (dog 3 definitely had hers done because i was in the room) when I took them in for a regular exam/blood work to make sure their anal glands looked good; I normally do them (see past story in comments below as to why I do them and not the office). Fast forward about 2 weeks: the other 2 dogs were showing signs that the anal glands had not been expressed. Mind you, I've already had an issue with this before where I was publicly reprimanded in their waiting room in front of other pet parents for not bringing my dog in to have their anal glands expressed regularly - I corrected the vet tech when they attempted this in front of everyone by stating I've been bringing my dog here for over a year every 5-6 weeks to have his anal glands expressed for $23.00 per visit. She ate her words when I told her I will do them from now on, and because they thought this should be broadcasted in front of everyone, then they're going to teach me to do it so I KNOW it would be done correctly from then on. The Veterinarian apologized, and gladly taught me how to do them. Back to current situation - I Came back for said condition/problem and to have shots (Heartworm) done for all 3 dogs after blood work/exam approximately 14 days prior, was told the vet technician was probably busy and forgot to do said anal glands from last visit. Remember, this is the second time this has happened with them, and I understand things happen...but...if I'm going to be charged $23 each time the vet tech has to express the glands, and I have to bring my dogs in to correct their mistakes or "forgetfulness" for not expressing them, then I guess my dogs health is not important to them enough for another apology. I just want to make sure I put this here: I absolutely LOVE Dr. Alan Morris, but his team leaves me no choice but to go elsewhere. I'm sorry, Dr. Morris - I'm sure you'll get a different version of what happened, so if YOU ever want my version of this - because I left out the unprofessional conversation that took place afterwards when I did ask for a simple apology for their error - then you know how to reach me personally.

Never had a bad experience. We've been bringing our dog for 8yrs. She's definitely not the friendliest but they treat her with care.

Awesome people here. He went to them his entire life but recently we had to have our 16 year old Chihuahua put down and Dr. Morris and the Nurse sorry I can’t remember her name were so compassionate and carrying that they made us feel as comfortable as possible during that emotional experience. The only problem is they are so good that they stay booked so you need to schedule your routine stuff asap.
