If I could give one star I would. Today I showed up for my physical didn't ear all day ans I was met with we left a vm about the Dr leaving early no vm left on my end and an apt reminder about today and no follow up no way to rectify wasting time and energy. Horrible horrible experience

Aylo has stolen my money I have insurance that covers all my PCP appointments I’ve been going since April & been getting charged 15$$ EVERYTIME to see my primary care doctor when I reached out about my refund it seems as Megan in the billing department isn’t doing much of anything to help and is constantly giving me the run around AFTER IVE BEEEN SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY FOR MONTHS I will be getting an attorney

Billing department is terrible. I have two different insurances and gave them both. However, they only billed one insurance and billed me for the rest. Called to ask why they didn’t bill the secondary insurance and was told system was updated and secondary insurance will be billed. Here we are months later, and I’m still receiving a bill that has only been processed through one insurance company. Called again and they apologized and stated they put a note in the system to bill previous services out to secondary insurance so that I can pay my portion. Was told it will take 30 days to be resent to secondary insurance and processed so I guess we’ll see what happens. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Going to see Dr Pinkerton at this facility is truly a positive experience. I can't say that about most doctors or medical facilities! The staff is always friendly, and no matter what your issue is you never feel like you're being judged, or rushed. Dr Pinkerton, as well as her nurses, have a way of making you feel relaxed & comfortable in their offices. I have referred Dr Pinkerton to so many people; only some of whom have had insurance♡ I am fortunate to have great insurance & I will happily trust Dr Pinkerton as my primarily, at the 155 location, for a long as she's there practicing:)

Dr. Shah and the other providers at the Hwy 155 location are great. My family and I almost always have a positive experience and the staff is always friendly and professional.

Didn't have to wat to long in the waiting. Everyone I spoke to were polite and professional. The vibe was nice. Everyone seemed to like being there. The nurses were nice and talkative. I felt like they really listened to me when we talked. I'm glad I found this primary care doctors office.

Ever since Aylo acquired Eagles Landing, this office has been pretty bad. Providers are unresponsive, wait time is absolutely insane and the nurses/staff take offense if you push back on unnecessary tests prior to seeing the doctor.
