I've been coming here for years. Been a super long loyal customer, but as of today 6.23.24. I might have to find another place to have my white Honda washed. The owner had to question my loyalty card. Even though they do not have a stamp system they only hand sign the cards. I'm always there when her daughter and son in law is there. But it's unfortunate that you may have lost a loyal customer because you don't have a real stamp system for loyal customers.
All the $35 and $45 washes I have paid for over the time and I'm present my loyal card for 1 free $35 wash. What is that going to do for me? Like really think about it. 1 free wash valued at $35 suppose to make me rich. No, yall have lost a loyal customer. Me and my 2024 white Honda Accord will go elsewhere.

It was horrible truck was half washed i ask for no tire shine i got it had ink pens in console tray they were gone i went back and confronted them let them know i will never be back and have been customer since car wash was built

Don't go here! I stopped going for several years due to service issues and came back thinking it was better but it is not. Mgr claimed my car was extra dirty so in order to get it clean they would need an extra ten dollars, extra time for about an hour. The car was not that unusually dirty and was ready in about 30 minutes.
UPDATE: This rating is not one star because of the price but because of the deception that the car was exceptional dirty and it would require "extra care" costing an additional $10. No extra care was given based on what I witnessed with other cars. This was a machine wash. All they did was dry it off and vacuum the inside, which is immaculate.

I drive a Hyundai Venue ... if you're not familiar the car is a step larger than a smart car. The customer service rep charged me $35 (versus $25) stating my car is not a little car. I was highly disappointed and will not return.

I recently took my car in to get an interior detailing done and they did a spectacular job! The team shampooed the seats that had some deep dirt stains in them from work, dusted the inside, washed the floorboards, as well as the trunk filled with mud and dirt
It was well worth the money and time, thank you all so much! I can't wait to be back

Had to come home and finish detailing the interior of my truck, it was half a$$ at best. They put soaking wet floor mats back in the truck without drying them off, soaked the carpet. After I was told they would be put in the back of my truck to be moved out front to the vacuum area. They put tire shine on AFTER I told them not to do so…wouldn’t recommend!! Not worth the price. I wasn’t told of what tier wash I was getting, I would have paid whatever I needed to pay to have the job done right!! And you’re correct, you didn’t deserve a 1 star rating. It should have been worse.

This place is the best car wash I hand ever experienced. I got a great price and immediately when and got my other vehicle for my next wash. They take the time to evaluate the car before pricing you. Then they deliver. I will be back!
