I went there this weekend and the cashier was on her personal talking on the phone. The phone was on speaker she didn’t even say welcome or anything she was just talking on the phone. I don’t this is appropriate when working as a cash register.

Fully re-stocked and some long awaited surprises! Thank you!BUT Dear DT:Don't forget to restock "Water Buffalo Jerky" treats... AJ is running out, and he LOVES THEM!!! I personally want a case or two in Stockbridge...hint hint, but I can't find them on the website.They are better for him than some of the alternatives, and as a training tool, they are magical and save me from buying much higher end products or raw!!!?

Yesterday I went into the dollar tree on willow lane, in Mcdonough. I swiped my card and it said that it was waiting on the cashier. The cashier stated that the store's system was "still spinning" on the screen and asked me to swipe it again. I did. Something told me to check my online bank, and sure enough, there was two charges instead of one. I showed the cashier and he got the manager, a Caucasian lady with an accent. I told her what happened and showed her my online account on my phone. She argued me down stating that it only went through once, despite it showing having come out of my account twice and my online banker, who was on the phone, telling her that it came out twice. She was rude and nasty, and I was not the one to be played with when it comes to my money. She kept telling me that it only came out once and that I would have to call corporate to get my money back. Thank God I have a bank that put the money back into my account and advised me not to go there anymore or to use my debit card there either. The banker heard the exchange while on the phone and could not believe how rude she was. She had the right one that day. Will not go back and I suggest that people who do, use cash. Cashier was nice though, but that manager, sucks.

Not what I expected at all. The store was not clean at all I mean obviously . Most of the items were on top of each other, not sure why they overstock and can't arrange it. Just too distracting for me.

Can definitely benefit from tidying and organizing, you soon forget from the abundance of stock and then some. BTW the sales associate whe helped us was more than welcoming and friendly. I think this is my family's new primary DT even though we are 20 min away.

The back aisles were pretty cluttered and they had a lot of return cart merchandise. The registers were experiencing a glitch. The employees were nice and had great attitudes.

Store unkept and unorganized. One register open more than a dozen oeople waiting to check out. Put items back and left.

This location is one of my favorite DT’s in the area. While I have to pass 2 other DT’s before I get to this one it’s worth the drive. Whenever I’m on this side of town and I need to pick up some things, this is my go to store. The staff is pleasant, shelves are well stocked and it always clean. Parking is always available at this location.

This is the most disgusting Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Didn't spend a penny here and left after seeing the front of the store, it looked like a tornado came threw and ruined everything. I was going to get an ice cream sandwich but ALL of the ice cream had basically melted and then refroze, it looks nasty in the fridge also and needs to be cleaned same for the drinks. Things were basically thrown everywhere and after I saw that, I left immediately. Never coming back!

From FL to CA, to GA,this is honestly the WORST Dollar Tree store ever. I've had at least 2more experiences here and they were not great at all. I gave it a 3rd time to see would it be any better....... I tried.There's always at least one cashier and the other workers are either walking around the store looking confused or nowhere to be found. I had a visit yesterday and my cashier's line was VERY LONG!!!! These two girls about the age of 18 and 20, who obviously worked there, because of their outfits, standing on an aisle just talking. I overheard the girls conversation and it had nothing to do with work whatsoever. Eventually, after a while, the one who looks about 18 comes up to help with the cashier's line. I thought to myself that the cashier would've called for backup but honestly, it's your job to attend to the whole store. Not stand on a damn aisle doing NOTHING!!!!! The store was a mess, the line was long, and to top it off, there was no customer service given. I could go on and on about this damned location. Yesterday was my last store run at this Dollar Tree(1772 Jonesboro Rd). There are plenty more Dollar Tree's in the area.I would rather shop in Riverdale! At least the managers and associates there are more welcoming.

My experience here was great.. It's the customers who mess the store up then wanna complain about it being nasty... I see workers trying their best to straighten things up and here comes people behind them messing it up again... By the way they hiring for everybody who's complaining it being nasty.. Maybe yall can keep it clean... Keep your kids from running around knocking things on the floor and kicking it across it.. It starts at home??♀️.. Happy customer?
