I would love for this store to have clean windows and doors. It’s next door to a books a million and the their windows are always clean. Whoever manages this store should consider the appearance. Keep this place neat and in order.

Why are these stores always trashy anymore?!! Don't say holidays.... it's this way 365 days a year. Can't find anything, can't go down isles because there's stock waiting to be put out. What happened to a early (like 4-5am) stock crew. You use to have that. I hate having to go for anything. If it's there....you can't find it or.get to it. And don't even ask a stocker to move or move the stock so you can get something...it don't happen. This is in ALL stores...not just 1.

The store is ALWAYS dirty, crowded and in shambles! Managers seem to always be in the office, teenagers running the registers with NO training or guidance.It’s a shame how this store look!

I love to shop here, but they need extra hands to help stock and to sweep and mop the floors. It looks like they haven't been cleaned in years.

Yesterday I went into the dollar tree on willow lane, in Mcdonough. I swiped my card and it said that it was waiting on the cashier. The cashier stated that the store's system was "still spinning" on the screen and asked me to swipe it again. I did. Something told me to check my online bank, and sure enough, there was two charges instead of one. I showed the cashier and he got the manager, a Caucasian lady with an accent. I told her what happened and showed her my online account on my phone. She argued me down stating that it only went through once, despite it showing having come out of my account twice and my online banker, who was on the phone, telling her that it came out twice. She was rude and nasty, and I was not the one to be played with when it comes to my money. She kept telling me that it only came out once and that I would have to call corporate to get my money back. Thank God I have a bank that put the money back into my account and advised me not to go there anymore or to use my debit card there either. The banker heard the exchange while on the phone and could not believe how rude she was. She had the right one that day. Will not go back and I suggest that people who do, use cash. Cashier was nice though, but that manager, sucks.
