Very Professional, I bought the tires from Tire Rack which they own . The Tire was defected I showed the manger the problem and he told me that they would swap them out . They change the tires and wanted to me to pay $471 . I told him no sir put my old tires back on because I'm not buying some more tires when you sold me these . They refused to put my old tires on waiting till closing time and told me noone here to do the work and that he was going home . I had no way to get my daughter from the airport and I missed work the next day . Don't use Discount Tire

They have a very professional staff and extremely hard workers in the bays. No complaints! The waiting lobby has areas to plug in and charge and desk-like positions to sit and work. That’s if your wait is ever that long!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I’ve been living in the area for almost 5 years and this is by far the best customer service and service I’ve received since being here. My wife has been coming here for the past 2 years and she was always telling me how nice and professional the people at Discount Tire are but I was sticking to what I knew with other tire shops in the area but decided to give them a shot with my recent tire purchase and boy was she right! You all have a new customer and I’ll be sure to refer you if anyone I know is looking for a place with this level of service. Thanks!

Good service nice people but of the four tires installed two were 10LB over recommended tire pressure glad I checked them before going on a long trip.

They are always friendly and fast... They are welcoming and as usual go above and beyond when going in for service. During the week is much less wait time. Saturday you can expect a wait, because every other Jim, John and Joe are there.
