I had such a great experience here. They treated me so kindly and made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. What a wonderful team.I would most definitely go back next time I'm in town.

The staff is very nice, but they are not the most organized group.The isn't a receptionist to keep an eye on the lobby.The technician don't listen..

Staff seems to be friendly but they are extremely unorganized. They do not have a receptionist so there no front office person to greet you. Don't expect to be seen in time at all.

Its infuriating how im reading reviews from 3 years ago and the center still have the same issues it shows a total disregard for patients care and safety i had a nurse tape a gause to my catheter leaving it unsealed and that could have easily lead to an infection. Luckily i knew she did it wrong and fixed it risking infection to myself. Had i not known i would have definitely been sick and they would not have batted an eye. They constantly hire young unprofessional people who treat a medical facility like its McDonalds. When a decent nurse is there they rarely are around for more than a couple weeks before a new unprofessional person is hired. They are rude and careless i have crashed twice since receiving treatment there.total negligence from center director. Lack of patient care feels like im cattle waiting to b milked. If i had another choice i would never even use the bathroom there . I will be transfering from davita asap

I been going to this center for almost 3 years I had my time changed to the earliest time but some how people that just started to go here get in before I do ??♂️ the doors suppose to open at 5:15 since the long time workers left we lucky the doors open at 535 nobody seems to care about being efficient at their job I miss the days where people took pride in their job

The lady that works the front is very rude. I can't remember her name, but if I think of it I'll come back and post it. She is rude to EMS personnel. She hides behind the glass service window and only opens it to say something negative. She never smiles or sees if you need anything. She's called my boss a couple of times to complain about other EMS on ridiculous issues. He just rolls his eyes. Nobody takes her serious. The lady they had before her was even worse. Not sure what happened to her. Knowing Davita they probably promoted her.

If i could give a negative star I would. Very uncaring and inexperienced staff. The facility is dirty. I wouldn't take my dog here. Find another place.

horrible customer services. will sit on phone for hours and hours.. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE..... no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL even for PROFESSIONAL STAFF FOR OUT OF STATE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE attempting to assist set up temporary days for patients for HD patient while visiting family. NO HELP AT ALL. SAT ON HOLD FOR OVER 40 MINUTES WITHOUT ANY HELP AT ALL..... WILL NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR RATING.

This center does not care about there patients! They do not choose to lift you up when you are down! They worry more on there paycheck than they do about you! I would never recommend going to this location or allowing your family members too. My mother has went here for months...as my mother was getting better by her kidney doctors testing she was able to be positive and be brought down in days of treatment..well this center did not like that so they ask her to leave and never come back! What a way to show you care about your people. We only used this center for convenience being close to home and that was a big mistake!
