Husband just left this location after leaving Urgent Care for breathing issues. He needs Nebulizer solution prior to leaving as an OTR truck driver. Pharmacy tells him that they can't fill the prescription because they close in 30 minutes. When he said that he couldn't wait until tomorrow, she says that she understands but they close in 30 minutes (not 10 or 15, but 30???). Zero empathy.

The staff are very friendly and helpful one of the members Angelica I feel like I went above and beyond because she asked me did I want a big bag from having more stuff even when I was at self check out.

Today, I had an extremely upsetting experience at CVS pharmacy. I went to pick up a prescription I've been getting monthly for the past three months, only to be interrogated by a pharmacist who claimed she was the manager. Despite providing all my personal identifiable information (PII), she took my medication aside, seemingly to discuss it with a colleague before handing it over. Shockingly, she then bombarded me with questions, including some that had been asked during my last visit. She inquired about my medical condition and the reasons for my medication, to which I responded that the necessity for the medication is known to both my doctor and myself, and I didn’t see why I needed to disclose this information to her. Persistently, she pressed for specific details about my condition and the reason I was prescribed the medication, refusing to release it to me until I answered. She continued with further questioning and even provided misleading information about the medication.
She then questioned whether I was under a doctor's care, to which I replied affirmatively, pointing out that the prescribing doctor’s details were on the prescription itself. Throughout this interrogation, another pharmacist stared at me, making the situation even more uncomfortable. After leaving, I called the pharmacy to speak with the managing pharmacist, only to discover it was the same woman who had interrogated me. On the phone, she laughed throughout our conversation, claimed that I could have declined to answer her questions—which I had done repeatedly—but she continued to refuse me my medication.
She also suggested that I could have requested a private conversation or a phone call instead of discussing sensitive information through the drive-thru speaker, which broadcasts to everyone in the pharmacy. This was never presented as an option during our initial interaction. Her final response was a condescending apology, laughing while saying she was sorry if I felt offended but that she was merely doing her job. I am planning to file an official complaint with the corporate office and providing them with the recorded phone conversation, and have my doctor send my prescription to a different pharmacy.

I shop at CVS once a week. I get all of my prescriptions filled at CVS.

Always very friendly and helpful when I’m in the store shopping. Pharmacy always gives me a call or text about the status of my medications. I love that Customer Service aspect which is hard to find these days.

If you need to contact them, don’t even try calling them. They will not answer the phone. It’s best to go up and confront him face-to-face to ask him a question about your medication. It takes about an hour out of my day to get a refill.
