Terrible experience. I spent a week in limbo - it will be done tomorrow, wait it’s done today, just kidding it will be next week. Once I finally did get my vehicle back, the dash was covered in error messages and I had to bring it back and wait for another day to get the systems calibrated correctly. I lost time at my job because I kept having to go back and get items fixed or rearranged my schedule for a pickup that would then get moved. They would promise to call at a certain time with an update and then I would have to call hours later to find out what was going on. I was lied to about them calling and leaving messages when I had to message, and about them communicating with my insurance when my insurance was calling me asking for updates because they hadn’t heard from the shop. Never use this place.

I’m having a terrible experience. My vehicle has been with them for almost 3 months now and I have yet to receive my vehicle back. I been very patient with the company. Every week, they tell me it will be Monday for completion.They stopped communicating with me. They even stopped answering my calls. Repairs prices have changed every week for some apparent reason. No communication or repair updates. No accommodation(rental, reimbursement) for the extended time to repair my vehicle. I’m out an additional $3000 for a rental because this company overlapped the time it took to repair my vehicle. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

This place is the definition of what a car repair shop should look like! Madison was amazing. She communicated everything and was attentive. I definitely would recommend the shop. They went above and beyond and even vacuumed my floor as a courtesy! They don't try to sell you things that you don't need and they do not overprice you. The atmosphere and professionalism is amazing! Thank you, Madison and team

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I had an insurance claim that was on February 20th. I just received my vehicle back April 9th. They have POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. They will NOT update you on the status of your VEHICLE!! How did a completion anticipation date of two weeks turn into over a MONTH?!! NEVER AGAIN!! I don't know why USAA recommends them, I would NEVER take ANY vehicle I own to this repair shop again!

My experience was horrible. It took them almost 6 weeks to fix my bumper. I was told 4 weeks in it was ready for pick up, however, when I arrived I could clearly see it wasn’t. Parts where not put on properly, and there were scratches on the rear of my car that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. My car was dirty, to include black grease mark on my inside door handles and seats (beige interior). I was furious. It took them an additional 2 weeks to fix their mistake. GEICO stopped paying for the rental after 30 days because they said the job should have taken 5 days, 2 weeks max. So, they told me Classic should be covering the rental. I spoke to local, regional, and general managers and was told they would cover the rental. However, enterprise would call me saying Classic told them they were not covering the rental. It was a total nightmare. I ended up finally resolving the issue and Classic paid for the rental and restored my vehicle to its proper state. For that reason I’ll give them 3 out of 10, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Worst service ever. Management lies and makes false promises about completion dates. Over and over again. I have been lied to several times by this business. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This shop in McDonough has the worst customer service person who answers the phone maybe she is miserable and might need a man in her life I was about to use the and get a quote was asking her questions she act like she didn't want to answer them such a miserable mattie
