I went there to open an account and literally two of the bankers were standing around talking. One banker was in her cubicle with no one in front her, but they had no appointments for someone to help me at that time. Weird. I’ll never return to this branch.

Very rude bank tellers especially the lady that was working here today. Guesstthis is the reason they don’t wear name tags so you can identify them by name.

Had to drive 2 hours Brought the paper work they told me to bring. Had Accidentally deposit my check and my mom's account. I was trying to close it because of her passing. Spent 4hrs in the bank they way supposed to close the account and sent me a check and still haven't received it . try calling and can never get ahold of anybody. When i Finally did they told me that they will talk to the bank manager and call me back in the morning ever hard anything back. I have been dealing with this Sense 09-08-23. Still trying to get ahold of them

I’ve been to this location about 3 times, and each time, Sean was awesome. He was knowledgeable about Chase’s policies and procedures. When I had questions, he immediately had the answers. Sean provides excellent customer service every time I come in. At this point, we know each other by name (we’re name twins?) because Sean takes the time to get to know his customers while providing exceptional support. Other staff members were also friendly, but Sean stood out from the crowd. Highly recommend this location for great service.

I recently switched banks to Chase and was having an issue with my account. However, Sean helped lay my worries to rest with his amazing customer service skills! He helped me solve my problem in a quick and efficient way, all while making me feel welcome and wanted. Sean is the best teller that I have ever interacted with at any bank ever and I’m excited to come back to this branch next time!

I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from...this Chase branch is terrible and has been for a while. Terrible customer service , very rude and unfriendly staff. Make sure you have about an hour to waste sitting in the drive thru and then don't expect an apology for your wait.

Bad Business. Chase Doesn't tell you when your account has been compromised and they will closed your account without notice I would not recommend banking with this bank.

Hats off to Jasmine for her exceptional service at Chase Bank. On her part, she went above and beyond in identifying fraudulent activity on my card even though I had only visited the bank to make some withdrawals. Of course, I was impressed with her proactive approach in helping me fight back and file disputes to potentially save me hundreds of dollars. Kudos to Jasmine and the other staff members at this location for their quick and efficient service. Altogether, I highly recommend this bank, and specifically Jasmine or Ingrid, for their excellent customer service. Henceforth, I will continue to use their services and trust their expertise for all my financial needs.
