The mechanical shop is excellent. Jimmy, the lead mechanic is extremely knowledgeable.
However is note worthy to say that the oil change service is extremely professional. Last time I had Joah helping me and I simply had to write this review. Is so refreshing to be tended to by courteous and dedicate individual.
Thank you Jimmy, thank you Joah and thank you everyone at 81 East.

Two weeks ago I had my oil changed and unfortunately today I had an issue with my oil pan cover falling down partially due to a screw that was not tightened enough.
That said, I still HIGHLY recommend East 81 Automotive and won’t hesitate to come here again due to their top tier customer service in addressing and correcting the issue.
Within 30 minutes of leaving a message for their GM (Brandon Smith) he called me back and immediately got my address and came to my office to fix the problem personally in the parking lot. I was located 45 minutes away at the time but he never once hesitated to make that drive to me.
After it was repaired he let me know what had caused the issue and offered to take care of my next oil change.
Issues and mistakes will happen, but how this company and manager addressed the issue and fixed it was above and beyond my expectations and I have no doubt that we will continue to be in good hands when we return again and won’t hesitate to refer them to our friends and family as well.

I love coming to East 81 Automotive for my oil change. The staff is amazing. They even send you a reminder when you oil change coming up, and to top it off I don’t have to come back until 10,000 miles. I would definitely recommend.
