“Update 03/16/23: 1 Star to 4 Star upgrade.Summary:+ Problem currently being resolved by Car Wash.+ Rating return to “Recommend”Following up on previous 03/07/23 post, I received a same-day return call from the car wash. After a little phone tag we made contact. Gave them my name and address, at their request, to mail a refund check. Not my preference but owner unable to refund to card.Communication having been established and with the car wash proactively following up, decided in good faith to provide reimbursement info. I expect I’ll receive it — if not will update.Just went through the touchless automatic bay a few minutes ago and it worked as it should. The card reader doesn’t like my card so it takes a couple tries — but that is common in multiple other places I frequent.I expect to return to regular use of the touch-free automatic bay for our family fleet going forward and hope the owner is able to keep it in good order. It’s difficult to find a good touchless automatic these days.Original post 03/07/23 (1 Star):Just paid $14 for the Monsoon touch-free automatic wash. Wash shut down after the initial undercarriage phase on drive-in. The phone number gave the “no longer in service message”.There’s a security camera right here in the bay facing me as I type this.Would be nice if someone was here working and would reset the wash or at a minimum communicate and credit me for the payment.This touchless automatic is hit or miss at being operable or shut down — that’s understandable. It has never taken my money and then shut down.I’m hoping the owner will contact me to resolve this. That will go a long way.This has been my go-to car wash for for all of our family cars since it was reopened under the new concept.Rating has gone from “Recommend” to “Avoid”. Bummer03/07/23 10:15am Update- just left bay and circled back around to front to see if anyone was working. There’s a different, working phone number posted on the entry side of the bay. I just left them a message on that line. Let’s hope for the best.”

“You get what you pay for, and that's all I expected. Didn't use the auto wash, but went there for the self wash. My only complaint would be that the bill change machine only accepts up to $5. However, each stall accepts debit cards, so that's good.”
